They didn't disappoint! I got one of the best massages ever by Agustin. Initially, I wanted a quick shoulder and foot rub. I wasn't in a spa day mood, but I extended the time once the massage started. For good reasons! I was in heaven. Agustin rubbed every knot out of my body. After the body massage, I got my feet washed before getting the fish pedicure, which I didn't necessarily care for but decided to do once he told me how it worked. I saw they were clean and didn't put anyone's dirty feet in the tank without sanitizing them. The fishies went to town on my feet and left feeling softer than they had ever felt after a regular pedicure. I am happy to have found this place cause I will be returning when I am back in Cancun.

This spa has so much to offer. I got a well need deep tissue massage and it was the best one I've ever had. The fish foot therapy was also amazing . I lost their ybusiness card and couldn't remember the name of the spa. I had no idea of name of the street it was on but the service was so outstanding I had to do a little research to fine the name and tell the world how great this place is. To me, it was simply a 100 percent totally relaxed, and "forget about work and everything" experience! As with what most spas should be. We arrived one hour prior to our scheduled appointment, and ended up waiting in the 'waiting area' for only a few minutes. There were little healthy gram cookies, mixed nuts, teas, and mineral water at the self-serve bar nearby. Nothing special, but great that it's available. After loungin' and yelpin' one of the staff took us to the steam room, sauna, jacuzzi area. He presented us a locker, with a slightly broken/loose lock that had sandals, towels, and jewelry box. Next to it, free for the taking, were some cold face towels, small fridge with bottled water, and some fruit flavored water dispenser. The spa was relaxing, steam room calming, and sauna was hot hot hot! Thank goodness for the ice cold water next to it so you can recharge your face towel with some coolness. Plus add a spray of fragrance. Right across from that you can wash off in the couples shower. The stand up showers with five shower heads for all over rinsing. Our scheduled appointment had come up, and we were massaged and cleaned up by Herta and Anna. Prior to dipping your feet in some fish water, you've got to have them cleaned off first. I've never had fish spa treatment before, but I totally enjoyed the 25 minutes of algae eaters picking off my dead skin cells. And no issues with service, as Herta and Anna were excellent. They even gave us pina coladas! At the end of the session, we were cleaned off and massaged one final time. I'm very pleased, and hope to do it again before I check out of Cancun.

From the time you walk in, your person stays with you to the end and see through your spa experience. We had Abraham as our guide and were there for hydrotherapy, which I have never done. We first were directed to some of the most luxurious locker rooms I've seen and change out into their provided bathrobes and slippers. We then walked down this beautiful walkway into the hydrotherapy area. We began our experience with the sauna, which included cucumbers on eyes with a cooling rag on your head. Then came a shower. They give you 4 options, all are private showers with closing doors. I chose the one with the cold water bucket (it's literally a bucket that you stand under and pull a chain). Then came the steam room for a little over 5 minutes, followed y the cold plunge! After that freezing experience comes the massage pool, where you sit in warm water and have water jets massage you lower back. Finally came the big pool. The pool itself is pretty huge in size and has a waterfall spout you can stand under, water jets massage platforms in the pool, and water jets for your lower bag. My personal favorite was the two spouts that are shooting out water at a higher pressure as this really helped massage my neck, shoulders, and chest. Overall, I give this experience a 11/10. I definitely recommend the hydrotherapy spa experience if you're staying in Hyatt Ziva Cancun.

Call her for an eyelash appointment. She works out of a home in a nice safe residential area and she has two other technicians that work with her. My wife had an eyelash fill done by her and the price was $50 which is a little less than my wife is charged in the United States. My wife is very pleased. Patty did an excellent job. And she took her time. She speaks extremely good English and she not only does eyelashes, but she is a medical doctor. She is a gastroenterologist in case you need a doctor after eating too much Mexican spicy food.
