Gas pumps are slow ass molasses. Clean your filters! That's all I have to say but it needs to be longer :)

This is in Shepherdsville. If the Sheep and Sheepdog won't help you find a truck stop, the Shepherdsville. The first Pilot where I stopped and got just a couple of dollars of gas was pretty awful. The credit card machine didn't work for my credit card so I had to pay cash. It was extremely annoying. At least it's 24 hours. read more

Stayed here for the night, not very loud which was surprising for how close it is to the highway. People are very nice so anytime we had a problem it was very easy to get situated. The laundry room is tucked in the corner and is very clean. Takes both card and cash. Anytime you need gas pick pilot/flying j, they are super clean and friendly, they have lots of food choices wether it be a fast food chain or the normal gas station food. read more

A lot of people seem to have problems with this pilot station but I don't know why I've never seen anything really wrong with it they got a cool little Subway in there they used to have a Taco Bell in there they moved it across the way and people are always been real nice to me I never had a problem with the bathrooms I enjoy stopping in at Pilot stations so I would go there I do recommend it nothing great but it's a kind of a terrible location to get in and out of a lot of truckers so that's why I'm giving you the 3 instead of 4 but I definitely go there cuz I stopped at a lot of gas stations get gas read more

Super small pilot there's hardly any parking or turning space for trucks . Has a taco bell and Waffle House across the street.

Restrooms were awful. Not what I'm use to at a pilot. I passed several other stops to come here.

Arrived for a fuel stop only to find the store closed!!! Never have I experienced a truck stop off I65 with locked doors at 10:30pm. Employees were inside stocking shelves and off no explanation. read more

Absolutely the WORST Pilot I have ever been to. Nasty inside and out. Trash EVERYWHERE. Every paper towel dispenser was empty. Told Amy and she acted like she didn't even know what one was. Got a attitude. All she did was lean her gut over the county and give attitude. Was going to fuel and grab a show and a few things. But ain't no way this nasty place getting my money. read more

Tammy, the cashier; should teach how to interact with customers. She was pleasant, smiled & made my day. She got my chicken wings for me, and quickly. She was the reason the place got three stars. Most of the girls too busy with themselves, instead of caring for the customer. One of them almost knocked me down, as she stepped closely into my personal space to move something, not an excuse me, sorry, nothing. The coffee area was filthy & made me rethink that coffee I wanted. I did not bother to look at the restrooms. The parking lot is a disaster. Trashcans almost full & trash everywhere, in the bushes, on the lot & just generally not kept up with. Parking lot mot well maintained. The one exception is that they have a Waffle House across the street with some good natured gals. The food was done just right. The waitress pleasant & efficient. Let you eat your meal. read more

I look for Pilot Travel Centers when a quick gas/restroom/snack break is needed or just when it's time to stretch somewhere safely off the road. They are generally well traveled, clean and easy to get to from the interstate. This location was the exception. From the litter in the parking lot, to the sticky floors, the trash overflowing from bathroom receptacles, to the flies buzzing around the subway open containers it was definitely the worst Pilot Travel Center I've stopped at. If you have the opportunity to go elsewhere I'd recommend you do. read more

Filthy bathrooms. Walls scraped, scratched, full of holes. Toilet paper everywhere. Broken toilet seats. These things aren't that expensive to fix. Hire a new manager and someone who knows how to clean. One can of paint, one mop and bucket (with operator). One small set of wrenches (right tighty, lefty loosy). About 2 hours of work and you're 90% done. Oh, and someone who cares to work there. read more

Horrible place. Place was dirty and nasty. As I was walking into the male restroom, two hookers where walking out. I felt so bad stopping here and having my wife & child with me. We ate at the Subway, female was nice that was serving us, however, she was having some problems with an argument between...well...herself. She was talking to herself very intensely while she was making our sandwiches. After seeing the physical condition the restrooms, store and eating area was in, I will never stop at this place again. read more

I don't know about you, but I think Pilot gas station mega stores are a welcome sight along the highway when you want a one stop shop for gas, food, and any other miscellaneous items. This Pilot Travel Center had a Subway in it that provided me with a great Flatbread with Chipotle Chicken and Cheese ($5). The dining area had plenty of seating and was actually clean. Bathrooms were clean and like most of these places, showers are available (for truckers and whatnot). I do like to wander the aisles and see everything from Pork Rinds to CB antennas. There are plenty of other food and drink options, however I'd rather not debate whether the Taquitos or hot dogs are a wise choice. This place is nasty. The bathrooms were nasty with no tissue. I've never been to a pilot and it was NASTY! There is no excuse for this place to look like this. Someone from corporate need to come in and do a complete overhaul! If you have a choice go somewhere else. read more

One of the worst Pilots I've been to!! I drive a truck and most are pretty clean, but this one is pretty dirty for a Pilot. Merchandise was just left in bins a long the floor, bathrooms not clean and trash cans in the parking lot were not emptied. This will not be a regular stop for me!! read more

So, Here we are in Shepherdsville, KY and this has to be one of the dirtiest Pilot Travel Centers we have been to. The glass display cases are splattered with a multitude of whatevers and its dried on so now they would really have to work to get it off. The bathrooms are needing a good cleaning, sweeping, mopping and just a thorough wipe down (and it would be nice if they would actually put the paper towels in the dispenser instead of on the wet counter). The coffee station looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a month of Sundays. Dried on crusty spilled creamer and sugars, deep in the cracks and in the creamer holders. ITS GROSS! I did take the chance and got some wings fresh made (20 min wait), but the ones in the display, a few of 3 kinds of wings was all they had for this supposed PJ Fresh. Substandard does not cover the amount of dirty in this particular Pilot. Tried to talk to the Manager but he just pretended he didn't hear me and walked away. I know he heard me because he was the one that wrung me up. I can handle the rude but the dirty was really my undoing. Will be calling Pilot Corporate in the morning. read more

They couldn't turn the diesel pump on for less than $100. So I couldn't fill up my SUV. Come on, Pilot, they do make diesel cars and SUVs now. Go to BP across the street. read more

They have a hold on my card for $300 for $40 gas for over 24 hours. Buyer beware. Rip off.
