My family and I stopped in here for gas while traveling from a friends house in shepherdville to Lebanon. We got a quick fill up and stopped in for a drink and a bag of ice. Inside was pretty spacious and well upkept and the workers seemed fairly friendly. Gas prices were about average for the area as well. Overall a solid small town mini mart and gas option for the locals and passer Byers such as ourselves.

The two people at the counter was very friendly and helpful. I ordered a hunts brother pizza slice from them and it took 6 minutes to cook. I walked around the store while it cooked. Loves is a great place for roadside stopping!…read more This is our first time here, it's a larger Loves than we expected. Getting into this station is a big challenge. After getting off the freeway a sign will guide you down the road and around the corner. The inside of the store was a little bit less than what we would expect from a Loves. The individuals at the front counter were persuaded to waves and give thanks as you walked in. When we checked out they were full of energy. Love that ! The Loves itself has a Subway and Godfather pizza if your hungry. They have roller item food too. The aisles and cold drinks needed attention. The store was not stocked, nor clean. But the employees were happy. We came looking for the fresher items like fresh fruit but maybe next time. All in all we would return and recommend. Since there were only four stalls, the wait was much longer than I expected, which was frustrating. The service was friendly, though. I wanted a hot dog and asked if they were all beef. The employee confirmed that they were and even updated the sign to make that clear, which I appreciated. The biggest disappointment was the food. The hot dog itself was okay, but the bun was stale, old, and honestly disgusting. It completely took away from the flavor of the hot dog. I still ate it because I was hungry, but I was highly disappointed with the quality.

A man by the name of Jay handles the U-Haul part of the liquor store and I do not ever recommend…read moredealing with that man because we returned a U-Haul there which we never hauled anything we used to tow a pop-up camper we put extra fuel back in the tank and when we return the U-Haul the store clerk had said that the system was down but oh Jay is so honest don't worry no problem she signed off on the paperwork on mileage we came in under mileage and then the next day I get a charge on my car for 377 because he said to U-Haul that we didn't feel it and that it was dirty and when I tried calling the guy to say why did you say that because that's not true then he's the man hangs up on me do not do any business with that with that company with that guy especially when it relates to U-Haul go somewhere else because he will add extra charges and lie about the condition of the vehicle

I work behind them, work 3rd shift and I can never depend on them to be open. Everything is super marked up, over 2.50 for a fountain drink and cigarettes are through the roof! The least they could do is stay open. When they do decide to open up, they will stay running around the store and insist you check yourself out! And huff and puff when you may need cigarettes. The owner should just shut it down if they can't do better.
