Pretty competitive gas prices with the Thornton's across the street. There a tad bit more expensive on the goodies, ice bags and things like that then the Thornton's across the street. But they do seem to have more of a larger selection. I know residents fought this gas station coming up for a few years. It's not quite the eye sore everyone thought so far and the way the parking lot was designed with the roads it hasn't cause a traffic issue like many thought. Overall a solid gas station.

I went back in and questioned what I was charged for. The two cashiers working were wonderful. Very friendly and eager to solve the problem. They couldn't find the manager. He was outside. When he came inside he was informed on the issue. I work in customer service so I know that some issues are just unavoidable. I was being very reasonable. His tone was very off putting and accusatory. I showed the statement, showed that my card matched the numbers on the receipt. He started to blame Apple Pay and said that "it must have picked up my card" even though I was 4 feet behind the person I played for. I ended up paying for his cigarettes. Even though I had everything I needed, he told me that I would just have to call customer service and there was nothing I could do. One of the cashiers looked at me and her jaw just dropped. The way the manager spoke to me was completely unnecessary. The manager was a taller bald male. I would've understood if he had apologized and had been nicer. I was on my way to a wedding and this just ruined my mood. It was February 7th around 1:30 PM. Again, the cashiers were very sweet and wanting to help, but the manager was just rude. Customer service is closed so I have to wait multiple days to get this fixed. Super nice staff here, very unpleasant manager.

The prices at This location are usually on the cheaper side compared to the other gas stations in this area. Inside prices and overall cleanliness at This particular location is hit and miss depending on the day. The downfall for this location unfortunately is the clientele. This place for whatever reason attracts a lot of panhandlers and addicts. Over the last 5 years I've witnessed more than one overdose situation in the parking lot here. Good thing it next to the fire station for quick ems help I guess. This use to be the main gas station I would go to but now I try to avoid it because of these things. Now I just go if I'm visiting my folks or in laws and the tank is on E. Overall prices are still solid and it is in a great centrally location for the area. It's just unfortunate the drug situation for this area. I use to walk to This gas station as a pre teen and buy stuff. Now I won't even stop on here for gas if my kids are with me.

This gas station was much needed for this area if only just to give the ups logistic workers and other nearby workers a place to grab a quick lunch. The next closest gas station is probably a good mile away and is located in an always congested area. RaceTrac is a gas station that I've been to in my travels but I believe this is the first one in Louisville to my knowledge. The inside was really well organized and stocked and the station has plenty of pumps. Overall a good gas station in a spot that I'm sure they will do really well at.

It has the distinction of being located right across from the Jefferson mall and also across from a wal mart. Unlike most major roads with customer bases businesses outer loop does not have many gas stations at all. This is the only one right in the heart of the businesses so it gets some good business from that. Pretty easy to maneuver in and out of as they have an outer loop entrance and a side street entrance on smithon lane. Gas prices are always right on par with other places and the inside is usually pretty well maintained. Like other speedways they have solid snack and food options with cheap fountain drinks and pizza. Overall nice location that has been around since as long as I can remember. Long time staple of the area it is in.

Finally ordered sandwiches and smoothies. After a long wait, my smoothies were canceled because they ran out ingredients to make them. Then waited an hour to get my sandwiches. The food was good but the experience getting them sucked. If they don't improve the service side, I will not bother to show back up.

For several years this area was a ran down Valero that had outdated s machines that barely worked of worked at all. The inside wasn't well maintained. So It was nice to see she'll take over and appear to give this place a face lift. They now have newer machines that make card transactions easy and seem-less and the inside got a minor face lift too Pricing for gas is what it is. In the Lousiville market certain sections always have either r the exact same price for a cent or two cheaper. It's just a matter of preference to the customer. For me I visit places that's on my daily route. This former Valero now turned shell is very much on my routine route but I avoided it in the past because it was a hassle and seems like the machines either had no visual (which makes it hard to see your purchase) or pumped super slow. So now that shell has taken over and appears to be taken better care so far I'll stop here more often.
