Overall this location is great. Staff have been great mostly and helped me figure out a couple of places I could go yesterday while on a reset, to get some fun. However, I think that it's unnecessary to have the music blasting even at 4am, especially right by the showers to a point where I can hear it while I'm showering. And I really don't understand why if I ask the staff if they can turn it down just a little, they can't. That seems pretty crazy to me that they can't, especially when it's hurting my ears. read more

If I could give this place 0 stars I would there's no point of wasting your money in this dump as a driver you plan ahead of time and book parking reservations in advance, this place doesn't honor that . Got to the location all slots are taken so we let them know we had a reservation for them to tell us they can't help and to park on the street. read more

Trash trash trash trash!!!! The store was almost out of everything which is odd considering it is a truck stop and people will frequent the place. The Dennys was closed due to being short staffed ... They closed at 3pm. Ridiculous! Also the place was very dirty! The showers had soap scum everywhere ! Someone should report them seriously. Gas up early so you can pass this place. They had 3 pumps down! Only thing I can say positive is they had a million Peking spots which is great.... But again, if possible avoid at all costs... read more

Worst manager, Vanessa (is her name), experience in my life after trucking 26 years! I arrived at 3pm and was able to get a good spot to park, not too many trucks parked yet. Went and ate, $26, then bought 3 LED marker lights, $23,(from said mgr Vanessa). Went back out to the truck for the night. At 10 pm, 7 hrs after parking, I get a knock on the door, it's Vanessa telling me I have to move because im parked in a Reserved spot and another driver has pre paid for a spot and cant not park. I mentioned to Vanessa, "I'm not parked in a" marked / posted reserved spot..." She said," yes you are the markings are just fadded". So fadded there's nothing resembling a painted markings at all..! I said, "there is no markings on the ground or posted signs anywhere close, I'm not moving." Vanessa promptly called the police and told the operator on the phone she is "arguing" with a driver and needs him to be removed... Now I dont mind paying for reserved parking, I do it all the time. But in this case, where I parked had no painted "reserved" markings nor a movable yellow sign. When the police arrived and asked me, "what was the problem", I started to mention the situation and before I could finish the officer politely said, "look, the Mgr doesn't want you here so I'm gonna have to ask you to leave." No since in debating my case any more so I said, "no problem..." I shook his hand and turned to get in my truck WHEN Ms Vanessa says, "I still want to fill out a NO TRESPASSING report...! WHAT?? This obviously wasnt Vanessa's first rodeo with this situation, she knew the" key words" to say to the operator on the phone to get the police there fast and had this ENORMOUS bitchy attitude! This location for sure needs to have the reserved parking spots repainted and get new / more movable yellow reserve signs! I'll be calling headquarters office in Knoxville tomorrow morning to discuss this situation for sure! read more

Pretty typical for a Pilot, very busy fuel islands during the day. And holy freaking perkiness from the employees! My husband and I walked in to get coffee and use the bathroom and the manager was standing in the middle of everything shouting "welcome to Pilot" to every customer walking in. I appreciate the southern hospitality, but this was just a tad excessive. It's like they were trying to meet some kind of quota of being the friendliest Pilot on the highway lol. Either way, it was nice, but as I said, just a bit excessive. read more

The 5 star rating is for the fantastic customer service here as well as the cleanliness of the place. I had to use a Comcheck for my fuel which took awhile and they had some trouble with it but, they were extremely kind and courteous. A wonderful experience overall! read more

Went in late at night,most truck pumps were out of service apparently due to some kind of malfunction.One register open with several people in line while several other employees were wandering around doing who knows what,zero showers available for truck drivers,bathroom was a disgrace with trash overflowing from receptacles and everything else was dirty and had not been attended to in quite some time.If I were a manager at Pilot I would be embarrassed to admit that this particular location was my responsibility. read more
