The fried tofu was cooked perfectly, the veggies were fresh, and the sauce was just right. The brown rice is a short grain and very tasty (wish I knew the brand). I chose a base of sushi rice, salmon, yellow tail, and a plethora of toppings, including mango, pineapple, seaweed salad, nori, green onion, red onion, cucumber, and sesame seeds.
