I gave this Pilot 3 stars because they definitely need to work on cleanliness. The associates are nice they will definitely greet you when you come in but if my shower is ready the toilet should be cleaned. This one has a subway inside of it if you wanted to get a quick bite. read more

10/10!!! Recommend!! This place is well stocked and very VERY clean!! I don't know about y'all but it's has been hella to find a decent station that provides cleanliness and necessities. This place has soap and hand sanitizer that are full!! Friendly staff at a late hour and a security guard for peace of mind! Shout out to JAIMEE AND KODIE!! Very attentive and helped me find what I was looking for! I know it seems ridiculous to be this excited about a gas station,but trust me once you drive up to this store... you'll understand! This is the worst service I've ever, ever experienced at a gas station. Absolutely horrible. The staff has TERRIBLE attitudes, are consistently rude, and close things up early. If I could give this place a zero, I would. Avoid going here at all costs. We pulled up at 1:25am for the distinct reason of buying alcohol. All was locked up (though that shouldn't happen until 2am) - and the cashiers literally laughed and refused to open up/sell beer to the multiple customers who asked. I'm a little shocked that when I arrived after 10 hrs of driving & discovered that they only had 5 showers ‍. But after 2 hrs of waiting my number was up and I went in only to find out the shower hadn't been cleaned ‍ serious wtf. The manager on duty wasn't much help either. I left without even getting my 240g of diesel I needed and went down the road to Loves and spread the wealth there. This location really needs to up their game read more

Horrible. Just left this place around 2:15 am. I am a driver. I came back in because a purchase I made was open. I went back inside and asked if I could trade it out for a new one. The guy said that shit wasnt open when I rang it up. I paused. He then proceeded to cuss and I said, there is no reason for you cussing at me. I got gas and paid at the pump. The pump kept asking me to submit my rewards card or skip. I kept selecting skip and it still made me go inside to pay. I was already aggrivated, so I just prepaid $20 so I wouldn't have to stop on the way home. Within 10 minutes, I got a call from my bank stating I had suspicious activity on my card and a pending $150 charge. Sketchy area, sketchy people, sketchy busniness. SKIP THIS STOP!!! read more

I stayed at this pilot in Charlotte North Carolina store 275, when I walked in there to get my reservation parking receipt I noticed how the employees would talk down to the drivers like if they were garbage and the punk who makes the sandwiches for subway, he would talk to the customers like if he were doing them a favor, bottom line is that this store is run by garbage and filth, this will continue unless corporate puts a stop to it. And a few days later I came across five different drivers who have been to the pilot in Charlotte and they told me That they would never stay there if you paid me too, so that pretty much shows you the reputation of that hell hole. The area that this truckstop is in is extremely unsafe and very dangerous after dark. There are people panhandling in the parking lot and if you do not carry a gun I would not be walking around in this area after dark it is honestly even questionable during the day. I did not know what I was getting myself into other than the fact that I knew the pilot was very small when I decided to take my 34 hour break here. If I had more time on my clock after showing up at night I would have left. The showers were clean and the employees were friendly but the safety issue is so out of control here that I will never come back. read more

The staff is absolutely horrible. One day they tell me they can do comdata at the desk bc the gas pump buttons are always fucked up, then they tell me today they never can do comdata at the desk. But thats not why im leaving one star, im leaving one star bc the attitude of the staff is like walking to purgatory office because the lost souls they hire all are angry and pissed off at the world. Mixed experience, small facility with limited truck parking but generally clean and well run. Some staff were extremely pleasant and professional (Thank you Jan) others were incredibly rude and unpleasant (a young man who shall remain nameless). This Pilot is a trashy truck stop run by trash. I am a trucker. I was parked in a handicapped truck space and i have a handicapped decal. Some manager woke me up at 4am and threatened to have me towed if i didnt leave the handicapped space i was in and told me to leave the truck stop. Stay away from there. If I could rate this place 0 star I would! Very rude & unprofessional staff! There were 6 associates making coffee, really it takes that many people?! How about less slacking & gossiping about people and go clean the bathroom & showers. I went in to grab a shower. They guys don't clean nothing! staff just walking around like zombies. They make you wait and wait and wait and wait more....I hate pilot truck stops & the surrounding area sucks too strip club up the street so you will get the occasional knock being a truck stop and all I'd imagine. I'm dissatisfied! This is not a good truck stop.. We came off the road from Colorado and this truck stop is extremely small and too tight to even back in a parking space without the fear of hitting another trailer. They don't keep fresh food out like they should for the drivers. The bathrooms are nasty and they only have two stalls and one is out of order!
