We used to love their smoothies at their cool smoothie machine, and got them all the time. But, was…read moreinformed today by the manager that they thought they had the settings set "too high" all along and dispensed too much syrup product out of the machine for a smoothie. Now the smoothies just taste watery and disgusting. The beloved bright red strawberry smoothie is now barely pink and tastes nasty with no flavor. They got cheap on the smoothie product dispenser to try and save a little money for their margins and completely sacrificed the quality of the product to where not nearly as many people will want to order it now because it tastes so awful. Please go back to not being cheap with the smoothie machine if you could. Thanks.

I went there because of a 5* Yelp rating but the fuel pump were not working correctly…read more Tried paying with credit card: Asking for a zip code that were not accepted (I tried mine & theirs). Tried paying with debit card: The pump didn't let me enter my pin code to pay. So you have to do a prepaid amount of money inside the station desk which means that unless you don't want to do a full fuel tank, you will pay more money that fuel you will put in your car. In my case I fortunately only lose 1$ on the amount I asked. Bad practices they earn free money from every people going there. Best, the people at the desk were laughing at me coming because they known none of the fuel pump were working correctly... Worst place ever. I banned Shell from my provider list.

The cashier scanned my VIC card & I had to pay for an amount I chose. Then I returned to the pump to put gas. There were different grade of gas. When I pulled out the nozzle, the mid-grade automatic turned on. It's thirty cents higher than the regular grade. That mean I had to pay 30 cents higher than my preferred grade. In view of time, I didn't have time to dispute with the cashier. I urge anyone coming to put gas at the gas station, pay attention what you will get.

They are almost always a few cents higher, but that never bothers me. When I pulled into the lot I saw a gentlemen at 5 AM sweeping up the lot. That to me means a lot in itself. The pump worked great, but did take a little getting use to since it was a high tech touch screen... never seen one before. It had current weather on it with audio, was pretty cool. I did not need anything inside so I cannot comment on merchandise, or customer service. When I finished up at the pump I needed a receipt and there was no issue with it printing out and I was on my way. Shell has continued the tradition of being a solid fuel stop for me.

Well today me and my little girl wanted a snack, so I got her some cheetos. I saw that they sell Duchess honey buns, and my heart just about skipped a beat I was so excited to see this. Because I have a long time love jones for this brand of honey buns and have since I was a little girl. So of course I got 2 and paid the man and moved on. I got in the car and immediately opened up my delicious honey bun that was of course calling my name, something told me to look at the price. So I saw the price the company print on the bag and it said .89 and I saw the price the store put on it and it said 1.29 so that means I actually paid different than what the company asked for it. I'm sure that this happens a lot and I guess it has happened to me but I've never noticed it normally if you buy a bag of chips and the price on the bag is what you pay well so I thought. Well I'm really upset by this, yes I know it's just a honey bun but I could have used that extra .80 cents to buy something else. Oh well just thought I would share.
