The worst dealership for customer service. I bought a car and would return it in a heart beat. Please take your money and time elsewhere.

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. If you need your vehicle serviced, DO NOT USE THIS…read moreESTABLISHMENT! We had our Toyota Rav 4 Charcoal Canister replaced 3 times, and the lights on the dashboard are all still on. Now the part is still under warranty (failed after 7 months) as it is a one-year warranty part. Beware of them telling you a part has mileage warranty; they lied and told us we were 624 miles over the warranty. I called the Toyota Experience line, and they said that part is a one-year warranty part mileage does not matter. Guess they think the customer won't check. When that didn't work for them, they said it was our fault for the part failing from overfilling with gas. This is ridiculous! I did my due diligence, and online there are hundreds to thousands of complaints for several Toyota brands, Charcoal Canister Failures, and many complaints list the dealership telling the customer it is their fault for overfilling the fuel tank. There are several other reasons this part can fail, and it really should be a RECALL ON EVERY VEHICLE AFFECTED. I will list the reasons in case this helps someone going through this same problem. Because of its design and the presence of check values that may become fouled with fuel, it is reported to fail frequently. It's located at the bottom of the vehicle, so debris can physically damage it. Also, it can clog with debris. Contamination from Liquid Fuel: fuel enters due to a malfunction in the fuel system. Now they want me to bring it back so they can check if something is wrong with the EVAP system. NO WAY, they should have been looking at that the second time it failed. Now it's the third time, and they want to wash their hands of it. After it failed the third time, they said the spark plugs needed to be replaced, which we did, and 2 weeks later, all the lights on the dashboard were on again, went back in, and then they said it was the Charcoal Canister. I have read the reviews for the sales department of this place also, and many people say don't purchase a car here or service it at Dry Ridge Toyota because they are liars, etc. This was resolved with Toyota Experience, as they were on the conference call. I had set up a time to have it replaced again, per their calling me to arrange a time. My husband went in, and the owner, whom we have never seen, came out of the office and said we are not doing the replacement, it's your fault it failed. SO, THEY LIED TO TOYOTA EXPERIENCE AND US, WASTED OUR TIME OFF WORK TO SCHEDULE. PLEASE READ ALL THEIR REVIEWS BEFORE DOING BUSINESS HERE.

I would highly recommend this salesman and this dealership to anyone looking for a car. For specifics, read on... I recently found myself in the unfortunate position of having to purchase a car after someone totaled mine. I don't like car-shopping as a general rule, and I felt especially put-out in this instance. I hadn't been in the market for a car and considered this to be a huge burdensome chore. I had been to several dealerships in Lexington and the Toyota dealership in Frankfort. We were going to purchase from the Frankfort dealership (where we bought our last one), until they offered us a whopping 13.5% interest rate (and it wasn't even the color I wanted). After searching Toyota dealership inventories online, I happened across Dry Ridge Toyota. I decided to stop by there since they had the color car I wanted. This dealership is 40 miles away from my home, and there were 4 other dealerships closer, but this one turned out to be worth the drive. I told the salesman about my experience in Frankfort and he said he was certain they could beat that rate. I felt they actually wanted to earn our business. And I truly feel that they worked to do so. They got the car I wanted, and better yet, they found an interest rate of 3.5%! They managed to make a bad experience a positive one. I would definitely recommend this dealership!

Brittain Gill is the nicest, most positive, helpful, and thoughtful salesperson you could hope to work with. He kept in constant contact with me during my search, even though we didn't meet in person until the day I finally went to test drive. I've never known a salesperson to thoroughly walk around a vehicle and explain its capabilities so thoroughly. He even gave my fiancé a brand new Universal Socket, just because he's a tool guy and thought it was awesome. The manager, Brian, worked hard to find me the best interest rate and payment for my level of comfort. He also gave us hats and offered to meet me in Lexington (where he lives also) on his day off to collect the title from me. Last but not least, the finance guy - David - wrapped up the entire process seamlessly and with a ton of personality, even though we were there almost an hour past closing. I would strongly recommend this entire team to anyone in the market for a new or used car!

The entire staff was outstanding. My salesman was Richard Hays, a real straight up guy. I made the deal over the phone prior to my trip, and he stuck by the deal. It does not get any better than this.
