I recently had to take my Buick in for some work. I had never been to this dealership before. Took my car in for what I was told was going to be about an hour, maybe a little more. I was invited to sit in the waiting area. The seats were like sitting on pillows, they had a keurig machine to brew decaf coffee or hot tea, I prefer the leader stuff myself. I ask a lady about it and she immediately is up and brewing fresh coffee for me. Every single person I met had a wonderful and genuine smile, they were eager to make my stay pleasant. A lot of businesses could take lessons from these people in what is the best show of customer service I have seen in 30 years. My car was finished in about 45 minutes and had been washed as well. And the job was done right. I cannot say enough good things about them. They are well worth going out of the way to use them for your needs. Awesome job. read more

Everytime I get my car serviced, it's never done correctly. The only reason I still go is because I have two coupons remaining. I ask for my liquids topped off, they didn't. (I know they didn't because I still had zero windshield wiper fluid when I left). I ask for my tires to be rotated and specifically mention relearning them after, and they don't. I know this because my tire pressure sensor was off after and told me the wrong tire was low. At this point how do I even know for sure they're actually doing anything on the service list? My buying process was wonderful, but my service experience I wish I could say the same. It takes forever to get in to get your car service they book me two weeks out. Then I sat over and hour and half for an oil change last time. So this time I asked before my service how they said an hour and 15 min. I now have been explained that they do more than an oil change which is great if that was explained when the service was booked and that way you can have an hour and half allotted out of my day for it instead I had to reschedule your appointments for the day. I feel the lack of communication left a very sour taste in my mouth and when I expressed this I did not get a resolution like that is something we will reeducate our staff about doing or even educating in general. My time is very valuable as I'm sure your is so that's why I'm sharing my experience. read more

I went to Piles with the title to my car because I had locked the keys in it. The guy who waited on me made it obvious he didn't want to provide any help to me. I explained that I had locked my keys in the car. I even asked for the key code for the car and he said he needed the car to be there. Hard to do with the keys locked inside. I called Kerry Chevrolet and they made me a new door key for $3.90. I will never go to Piles again. read more

Drove from Texas to buy a vehicle from this company. Yes, there are vehicles in Texas, but Tahoes are limited. The salesperson was ok. The financial person is a liar and did not follow through. First, the vehicle was on less than a 1/4th of a tank of gas. I was assured that payment would be made on our trade in within 48 hours, they sat on the money for nearly two weeks. Was told they would send the title information to Texas for registration, that did not happen! Had to have our registrar to call Piles to initiate the process. The registrar could not make the numbers line up on the bill of sale regarding the taxes; neither could the Piles person that we spoke to. Due to the incompetence of the finance person we will have to pay approximately 400.00 dollars to finalize registration. Fortunately I can do that; but, others might not be able to do so. Beware and make sure you get any agreement in writing, even if it seems a given! read more

Was trying to get a job here for about 3 weeks then nobody would call back or I was hung up on and it's not my experience because I have a good resume so I left a Google review and instead of trying to fix the problem Kevin Back the service manager proceeded to argue with me about the review. He deserves to be fired with how he handled the situation. A real PROFESSIONAL would have asked how he/she could have fixed the problem an went about trying to fix it. Had my car towed here for warranty work on a Sunday, I understand they wouldn't be open til Monday. I get there on Monday at around 8:15am talked to Will. Said it would be looked at in a couple days, which in my terms means two. So I call Tuesday at 4:30p talked to receptionist Matthew, said he would have them call me in the morning. No call Wednesday morning, so I called at 2:10p talked to Nikki, then transferred to service and they said the guy looking at it is at lunch and will call me back. 4:15p I call them and talk to Matthew and now service doesn't want to talk to me. So I ask for a Manager now the manager was awesome, found out that they haven't even touched my car. So how was the mechanic looking at it before lunch. So I believe this manager and everything he said. Today is Thursday just talked to Will, told it it hasn't been touched, can't get parts till next week, and won't be done until next Friday the 18th 2019. I have no money for a rental, they wont loan me a car, I could lose my job. They don't care. Not the same Piles Chevrolet Buick from years earlier when they would do anything and everything to get things done to get you on the road. read more

My family has been doing business here for the past few years. My mom bought her current car through here and the wonderful people here helped me find a great first car. We usually have Sean Wiley help us and he (like the rest of the employees here) is very friendly and helpful. Within a few moments of being on the lot there is usually someone there to greet you and ask if you need help. It is obvious that they care about their customers because they won't try to push you into buying a car you don't like. When looking for my first car, we called and asked if they had anything along the lines of an SUV and they said they would call us and let us know when they had something we would likely be interested in. They called back and informed us they had 3 vehicles I might be interested in and when we got there they said only two of those options were available. They said they still could've sold me the one (an equinox) but they wouldn't sell it to a customer because it was unsafe and they don't want to put their customers in unsafe vehicles. I was very pleased to know they don't try to trick their customers into buying something that's unsafe just to make money. After test driving the two available options, I was debating which to go with and Sean (who was helping us at the time) said he would recommend the more expensive one because it was a higher end model and had much better safety ratings. Without me even having to ask, he pulled up the ratings for both vehicles and compared them, which helped a lot in the decision making process. I ended up choosing the more expensive option (which was still at a decent price, especially since it had only been owned for a year before I got it and it was in practically new condition still) and they were able to get the price even lower, which was fantastic. They were very patient with us and answered all of our questions. We left as very happy customers that day just like we always do. Hands down the most trustworthy and friendly dealership I've ever been to. read more
