Super greatful but as far as the price goes it's was a little outrageous. But I am in a pinch and don't want to drive far so this is my option. The clerk was very helpful and was able to show us exactly where what I needed was and then offered to help check us out. I heard one clerk remark about how "nosey people can be" in reference to the car driving through the front. It was only mildly off putting but if the place was full I'm sure someone would have had something to say. But I've been in retail and honestly that's a fact. People can be very nosey. Still not professional to mention it with customers around though. But what evs. Bottom line, they had what I needed. Price was high. 4/5

I just picked up my car from them after they had it in shop for three days because it kept dying on me. They said they couldn't find out what was wrong with it and couldn't get it to die on them. So, they gave it back to me. Lo and behold my car dies on the way home from picking it up from them. Now I have to find somewhere else to bring it to so I can just get my car fixed already. Waste of time in my opinion. Yeah, they don't rip you off and they are nice people, but cmon you could at least give people a call.

We had our Toyota Rav 4 Charcoal Canister replaced 3 times, and the lights on the dashboard are all still on. Now the part is still under warranty (failed after 7 months) as it is a one-year warranty part. Beware of them telling you a part has mileage warranty; they lied and told us we were 624 miles over the warranty. I called the Toyota Experience line, and they said that part is a one-year warranty part mileage does not matter. Guess they think the customer won't check. When that didn't work for them, they said it was our fault for the part failing from overfilling with gas. This is ridiculous! I did my due diligence, and online there are hundreds to thousands of complaints for several Toyota brands, Charcoal Canister Failures, and many complaints list the dealership telling the customer it is their fault for overfilling the fuel tank. There are several other reasons this part can fail, and it really should be a RECALL ON EVERY VEHICLE AFFECTED. I will list the reasons in case this helps someone going through this same problem. Because of its design and the presence of check values that may become fouled with fuel, it is reported to fail frequently. It's located at the bottom of the vehicle, so debris can physically damage it. Also, it can clog with debris. Contamination from Liquid Fuel: fuel enters due to a malfunction in the fuel system. Now they want me to bring it back so they can check if something is wrong with the EVAP system. NO WAY, they should have been looking at that the second time it failed. Now it's the third time, and they want to wash their hands of it. After it failed the third time, they said the spark plugs needed to be replaced, which we did, and 2 weeks later, all the lights on the dashboard were on again, went back in, and then they said it was the Charcoal Canister. I have read the reviews for the sales department of this place also, and many people say don't purchase a car here or service it at Dry Ridge Toyota because they are liars, etc. This was resolved with Toyota Experience, as they were on the conference call. I had set up a time to have it replaced again, per their calling me to arrange a time. My husband went in, and the owner, whom we have never seen, came out of the office and said we are not doing the replacement, it's your fault it failed. SO, THEY LIED TO TOYOTA EXPERIENCE AND US, WASTED OUR TIME OFF WORK TO SCHEDULE. PLEASE READ ALL THEIR REVIEWS BEFORE DOING BUSINESS HERE.

These guys are wizards! I got a flat tire past 10 pm driving on South 75. AAA came and put a spare…read moretire, explaining to me that I can't drive on it more than 25 miles. Additionally, they said the rim was bent, so a simple permanent tire replacement could not fix it even if I could find one. And I was still 400 miles away from my destination, and I absolutely had to be at that destination the next day by no later than 12:30 pm due to family reasons. I was scrambling between driving to Cincinnati airport (30 miles back) renting a car there--with the earliest rental not available until 6:30 am (so I would be late), or waiting until the repair shops open in the morning and replace the wheel (if they have it) and the tire, which would definitely make me even more late. The AAA advised me the G&G's Towing and Repair, gave me their number, and I called without much hope--first, because it was already about midnight by that time, second, because I thought a new wheel was required besides a new tire. The guys picked up, they were extremely busy that night but were able to come to me within 20 minutes (I drove to the closest gas station by that time), took a look at the wheel and said that, while they do not have the correct wheel, they might be able to repair the bend, and they do have the correct tire. They took my wheel saying they'll be back in about an hour as they had two more calls, and, indeed, within less than an hour they came back with the repaired wheel and a new tire on it! That was a miracle. I only wish I knew about them beforehand and did not spend time (and money) on the AAA! What amazed me even more--the fee G&G's took was similar to the cost or a simple tire repair I had back in 2016, without any additional wheel work and perfectly during business hours! G&G's were the only company in the area, and did quite a bit of work--they could have charged me anything and I would have still paid as I had no choice, I really had to be at my destination. But they did not. I cannot express how grateful I am to this company. Thank you, guys, that you exist! PS Wanted to add that I had my regular car maintenance coming back from that trip one week later and driving over a thousand miles total on that repaired wheel, and asked the dealership to check if anything needs to be repaired or the wheel replaced due to that flat tire incident. They checked and said the wheel G&G's repaired is perfectly good, no replacement needed.

By either making a slight repair or towing the vehicle. He promised us he would come the next day. We texted him 3 times, called twice and he ignored our cry for help. We had our hotel call him, hoping we would get a response if he saw it coming from a hotel. No answer! TERRIBLE SERVICE, NO INTEGRITY! If he couldn't have helped us he should have just said no! Shame on you! We had to get a tow truck from Cincinnati to help tow our vehicle.
