I have personally dealt with dealership in the past and this experience you can't even put into words. My salesman was Chandler Martin; he went to the extent of washing the outside of the truck prior to my test drive. I get it, maybe a sales tactic however just doing that says a lot in my eyes. Then I dealt with Mason Thomas in finance, there was no bull crap, and he knew what he was doing, fun and great energy. Besides the 5 million pages of papers I had to sign and the Hazelnut sticks he was offering, he was great. Day of pick up, Chandler once again had the truck washed and a full tank of gasoline. I want remote start installed on the truck, Chandler went to the extent to get that arranged well after I had already left. All in all, I will be a customer with this dealership from here on out thanks to the customer service of sales and finance.

She then took it back and Carter told her it would go off after she drives the car for a little bit. which is a complete lie airbag lights don't go off. Carter also told them they could take it to a local shop to have it looked at. What's funny is they are a Chevy dealership. Don't buy anything from Glenn Chevrole. It's sad because I've personally done a lot of business with Glenn Dodge , Jeep , Chrysler without any issues. Must just be the Chevy Dealershi.
