The website messed up my order, and when I informed the owner, she dismissed me and offered no solution. I came back and was more firm with her that I check the order and needed a refund or burger. She finally agreed, said she could put me at the end of the 2 hour line, let me stand in the rain and then called me back up to say they weren't going to be able to make it, because they're understaffed. No less staff than they had 10 minutes ago. Then the owner texted me, please enjoy screen shots.

Having heard the buzz around Pile High Burgers for a while I was stoked to see them parked in front of Golden City Brewery this past Saturday. ++ They have TONS of incredibly creative burger options! Some that caught my eye included: Sweet Heat, Cajun, Hawaiian, and the 303! ++ Their list of sides is impressive! I opted for sweet potato fries with my meal which seriously were the highlight! They were perfect! ++ Staff was quite friendly and helpful. +/- Wait time was a bit longer than I expected, but not outrageous. -- I was underwhelmed by my burger choice (Grilled Cheese Burger). There was just so much bread! The pickles and brown mustard were just a bit too much for my taste. Plus, the cheese wasn't even melted. Bummer. -- Pricing it a little steep. Granted the ingredients are fresh and the burger unique; I have a hard time justifying a $10 burger. This experience was def "A-OK." I'd love to give Pile High Burgers another try and get one of their other burgers next time I find them in the wild!

The BALT and a side of onion rings. Forgot to take the photo before diving in, my apologies!

So we may be stalkers... Always keeping track of which breweries the Pile High Truck is at. If I'm craving a burger this is the burger I want! I usually go for the BALT or the Boring just because some of them are so huge I wouldn't be able to finish them. Every burger I've had here has been AMAZING! And the onion rings... perfection. I've seen some comments that they're too greasy. Who wants a dry burger? Don't like grease, maybe stick with a veggie burger. That juice is just all of the amazing flavor that can't fit in the patty. If you want a good burger track them down! They go great with a cold brew from Rails End.

    Burned patty. Super dry.

Burger was burned. All we had was a patty with onions and tots. Over $20 is ridiculous. Not worth that amount no matter the inflation and gas prices.

    Burnt burger.

Was craving a good burger. Saw this place was at our local brewery. Creative sounding burgers but no flavor, bun was old and fell apart. The cook on the burger was gray inside and charred black on the outside. I ordered it to go so I was stuck with it when I got home. Food trucks like this just don't strive for quality. They think they can pull up to a brewery and because that's the only option they know they are going to get some business regardless. Take pride In The food you're making. Completely disappointed.

This picture attached was the double burger I got, when I picked it up it all fell to crumbles, even the bun. The taste is not that great on the meat at all. A real burger sticks together when you pick it up, I pretty much have smothered fries at this point.

Amazing !!!! Wife & I decided to try just on a whim when driving by. Soooooo good. Very impressed.

Best smash burger's in Colorado. Huge portions, quick and delicious. Reminds me of Tookie's (if you know, you know).

Doesn't matter how good the food is if you can't do the customer service. Spoiler, neither are very good.

So when I saw Baba's at the South Denver Beer Fest I knew I just had to try it. They had a limited menu going on but it works, I got the falafel cone and they asked if I wanted it regular or spicy and I went with spicy. It was up in a few minutes and while they were making it, I chatted with the guy and girl running the truck. We talked all things food and social media and they even have me some suggestions on where to find legit middle eastern food in the area (excluding their truck of course) , superfriendly folks. And the falafel cone? Omg, it was an instant mouthgasm in the form of a cone! The falafels had perfect consistency and flavor and the tahini was smooth and rich. They made it spicy and it had just enough spice to accent the flavors but not overtake it. I was a sad panda when I finished it. If you see them around, definitely check it out and get some balls in your mouth!!

Their falafel is excellent--very flavorful and delicious. And they have come up with some very inventive ways to use it. For example, they have created a falafeldilla and nachos, both using hummus & falafel. I got the "nachos," and the spicy sauce they use is soooo good. Plus, the people are nice & friendly, which is always important. I will definitely be paying them another visit in the near future. I can see me becoming a regular customer. If you'd like to know where to find them, check out their website for their schedule.

The second time I got it with their carnitas and it was really so good! It was good without meat as well! We also tried their churros which did not disappoint. My coworker had their pork belly tacos and he really enjoyed them, however, they are messy! My boyfriend wanted to try more of their food, but unfortunately when he went for lunch they had run out of a lot of their menu and was left getting carne asada. He was pretty disappointed. The guy helping was really nice otherwise. I'll definitely try them again if they come back, or if I see them around.

I would not recommend this place for wedding catering. It's clear this restaurant doesn't know how…read moreto do large events because it took a team of 7-9 people a good 1.5 hours to serve three simple dishes which consisted of a chicken adobo over rice, pork over rice, and some curry; the last table at the wedding wasn't served their food until 8:40 PM. That is frankly unacceptable. If the team assembled themselves in an assembly line fashion all the food would have been served in 30 min max. Anyone with some common sense would do the following: have one person scoop the rice, have another person add the protein, and then a final person put the lobster tails on. The team was completely unorganized and were delivering 4-5 plates to tables at a time while others at the table had to wait another 10 min for their food. Besides that, the portions were small and the food wasn't even that tasty; the rice lacked flavor and their specialty, the adobo, was incredibly bland. Finally the lobster tails that were served were of poor quality as it seemed like they were not fresh. Anyone who is catering a wedding is much better served by finding a different caterer, one that is more organized and delivers better food. No one should ever have to go to a wedding to eat crappy food that isn't filling.
