Best thing of TSF is I don't have to drive anywhere, she comes to you! Every work out is different so it doesn't gets boring. I have learned so much, different work outs, and how to work different areas of my body. She is so nice, and really cares about you. She likes to push you but doesn't push you further then you can go. Working out with a group if you can't do something they are doing it she gives you a different work out. Totally recommend to anyone that what's a great work out and an amazing trainer!!

Hello, I've trained…read morewith Savannah now for several months and I look forward to each work out. Having read the other reviews I want to say I whole heartedly agree with them! I have really struggled with exercise ever since I suffered a serious back injury years ago. As time passed I have tried a few different trainers over the years at various gyms but the end result has always been me getting reinjured and discouraged again. It had gotten to the point where I was afraid to exercise! However, I know I have to exercise to get better and so tried one more time with Savannah. I can't tell you how pleased I am that I did! (Although I will try! :) Savannah always comes prepared with a new and interesting work out that is custom made for me and my injury. She incorporates exercises that help strengthen the muscles that need strengthening and avoids the exercises that would hurt me. Beyond being prepared she is also flexible in the moment. If I am having trouble with one particular movement she can adapt it on the fly so that it still challenges me but matches my skill/ability level. If absolutely necessary she can even switch exercises. Over the past few months I have found myself dreading exercise less and less and even looking forward to the sessions I have with Savannah. Besides being knowledgeable and prepared she's just fun to be around too! My only hesitation in writing this review is that, selfishly, I want to keep Savanna a secret and make sure she doesn't get too busy to work out with me! However, I know how much pain and suffering I have gone through to find a trainer that works for me. If I can save anybody else even some of that pain I know it is the right thing to do. If you are looking for a professional, prepared and enjoyable trainer who will customize work outs for your situation, you have found her. Good luck on your journey to fitness and enjoy your workout!

I've truly never had anyone as passionate and caring as Jeremy. Not only does he come up with a regimen that works for your body, he genuinely cares about your success and pushes you to be the best version of yourself. I've lost over 80+ pounds while under his regimen and feel more confident with my body than I ever have. I started with the goal of just being able to not constantly be in pain. I didn't want to go down the medical way (no hate on oz) just because I wanted to be able to build up the strength I needed and knowledge to continue outside of his trainings. Not only has this improved my confidence, but it's improved my overall being. I can walk without feeling like passing out, and I can even run now (even though I still don't enjoy it lol). I have more energy now than I had in my twenties, I love being outdoors and I can pick up a box without feeling I need an epsom bath after. I booked the beginner class for my first visit and the inst did a great job going through all the moves and showing us the layout of the reformer. I felt challenged, but not overwhelms and before I knew it the class was over. Since then, I have enjoyed showing up each and every week with various instructors who all have their method and approach which I love. The studio is clean and I can slowly feel my strength building and body changing. Remember to book your classes at least a week out as classes fill up quick!

It's been a long time since I've done pilates and I was really struggling. I wish I remembered the name of the instructor because she was absolutely horrible. She wasn't helpful at all with making modifications so that I could get through the class. She also didn't check my machine beforehand and there were no weights on the springs so no wonder I was struggling. Instead of apologizing, she kind of snickered. Lastly, the music was so loud and the headset seemed to produce a lot of static so it was hard to understand her. I left feeling really disappointed and very out of place, this was not a welcoming experience.

I've recommended multiple friends and family to this gym but most notable, I've recently been bringing in my mom who has neuropathy & siatica and she's been building strength around muscles that struggle. She loves the workouts and we continue to see him 2x a week. Along with working out, Dj offers a detailed nutrition plan that's been helpful for my journey. The space is clean, and inviting with fun lighting, AC, music, & lots of equipment for various exercise so everyday is different! Dj is kind, knowledgeable, and a fun trainer. He is always in a great mood that makes me feel happier to workout and I love the AIR-CONDITIONED private studio he has! The studio is always super clean and is really modern. What I also really enjoyed was that he can help you with a diet plan and planning meals to meet your macros. Dj is really the full package when it comes to wanting to improve or overall health or getting in shape!!
