Similar idea but small isolated controlled movement. Studio was great, clean and good music. Some fun retail items as well. I appreciated the water bottle filling station too. He did so much in a short time to get me on the road to healing and gave me a program of exercises with video examples that I could use after I left. Definitely helped with my recovery. I'm 72 and had a terribly painful condition called SPONK. (Google it) Told I need a full knee…read morereplacement. Asked what to do to avoid the replacement. "We don't know how it happens or how to relieve it. We think a lot of motion and non-weight bearing exercise might do it but it may take a couple years. No one has had the patience to try that." 22 months ago I saw one PT and he helped relieve the pain but walking was still difficult. Saw another and she helped improve my walk but no way back to normal. Saw a third and one week later the horrendous pain was back. (Stopped seeing him immediately.) Finally decided replacement was my only choice. Scheduled my surgery and since my wife used to work near Randon in Kapaa she recommended I see him for my pre-op prep. In less than 6 weeks I am blown away. I won't be needing a knee replacement. I may still have a bit of discomfort from time to time but nothing that warrants the process and recoup of a replacement. If you need a PT for anything I strongly. I mean strongly recommend you try Randon. ("Romeo") AND this young man is incredibly polite, respectful and has a great sense of humor. Hope this helps you. I will be eternally grateful how he helped me.

I love the separate retail area with dangerously cute clothing and accessories. I noticed they also have a convenient changing area. The best part though was the light and bright studio with plenty of mirrors, barre space and props. The class I attended was a great workout and we did some different and challenging moves. I loved it! Definitely recommend checking it out. As with the original grip socks are required, so either bring your own or pick up a cute pair at the studio.

We walk down the coconut bike path to a beautiful grassy area by the water, which immediately puts us at ease. Immediately, we're welcomed with opened arms and a smiling Renata. As we settle in, people are trickling in and the energy is simply contagious. We love the flows (for all ages and levels) and adjustments. However, the best part is the shavasana with the water in the background, rainbows, palm trees, and sunsets... everything that we love about Kauai! Mahalo for the great practices, Renata!

The view, the sounds of the surf and trade winds on your skin add their own element to the yoga practice Renata offers. Her guidance and hands on positioning allow for greater opportunities to open and relax. Looking up at the moonrise while in sivasana..... awe-inspiring. Also more affordable and reasonably priced than many yoga offerings on Kauai and Renata's smile... healing. Can't recommend it enough.
