Even though the restaurant was incredibly busy and our food took a while to arrive, Joseph handled the situation flawlessly. He was deeply attentive, consistently apologizing for the delay and expressing genuine gratitude for our patience. To make the wait easier, he kindly brought out complimentary chips and salsa, and we were pleasantly surprised to find an unexpected discount on our bill. Joseph is exceptionally pleasant, kind, and accommodating--he made us feel like absolute VIPs. He is a talented young man with a bright future, and he clearly has the leadership skills to manage a restaurant or a full staff right now. I am excited to see where his career takes him. The food was delicious as well. Additionally, Mariaelena and Joeana were just as exceptional. Whomever is handling the hiring at Cafe Abiquiu completely knows what they are doing. I had an incredible experience, will definitely dine here again and again, and will tell everyone passing through New Mexico to make this a mandatory stop!
