Then the took the service writers car in to do an alternator, making that the 4th car since they told me I was 3rd in line. 2 tire bays and both empty! And no idea when they will be checking on the tire issue, I guess since it's not a paying job they are hoping I just go away. Dude standing in tire bay look totally confused not working. Definitely going to speak with corporate.

It's been awhile since we've been here. We liked it before, although the prices were quite high,…read moreand decided to go look around today since we were at The Lift. Problem is there was a sign on the main front door to not enter into the front door like you used to but go to the south entrance. So we drove around the back and didn't see any close parking and easy way to get in for 2 people who use wheelchairs. Oh well. Just can't understand why a business would close off their main door and easy access for people especially the disabled.

This is when I called walmart auto and asked if they were able to help. When we got there a kind young man named Jacob walked up and was bound and determined to help us. He truly was a hero today and deserves the best. If you ever need help and hear a meow coming somewhere from your vehicle take it to this walmart and they will help you no matter how busy they are.

Loved that we were able to grab the needed items be on our way. We even gassed up at the Walmart/Sam's gas pumps out front. As for this store, we were able to find our items and a couple other things as well. Randomly, on the way to the auto area, I passed the Women's clothes and they had a pair of black mesh shorts in MY SIZE that my local Walmart NEVER has in stock. Grabbed those as well!! I don't recall noticing the store in disarray. Seemed pretty clean. My husband used the restroom here and he said they were ok. Not great but not terrible. We used the self checkouts and didn't have a wait. I don't mind ringing out myself. From the exterior, I wasn't expecting much. Maybe they're repainting soon??? Looked pretty ghetto.

I purchased a half cow from Rickman's based on the excellent experience I had with them last year…read more At that time, the product quality and customer service were both outstanding. Unfortunately, this most recent purchase was a major disappointment. The ground beef is significantly overworked, with a texture more like paste than proper ground beef. It has an unusually soft, almost mushy consistency, and the meat-to-fat ratio also seems off. While cooking, I have had to drain excessive amounts of grease. The flavor is acceptable, but the texture is often mealy and unpleasant. I contacted the butcher to provide feedback. I was not seeking a replacement for the roughly 120 pounds of ground beef I received. I simply wanted acknowledgment of the issue and reassurance that steps would be taken to prevent it from happening again. Instead, I was told the texture was the result of the cow's genetics. I found that explanation difficult to accept, as texture issues of this nature are typically associated with processing and preparation. Rather than addressing the concern, the response appeared to shift responsibility away from the butcher and onto the rancher. What disappointed me most was not the product itself, but the handling of the concern. A sincere acknowledgment and a willingness to discuss the issue would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, based on both the product quality and the customer service response, I will not be making future purchases from Rickman's.

I was in there on Wednesday, Dec 13 and submitted my picture order at 5:00 pm. and ticket printed said ready by 6:00. Pictures were not ready when I asked at 6:10. There were 10 orders in front of me. Helper in the department was supposed to call me today, Friday, December 14 to confirm if they were ready today. No one called. I just confirmed by phone at 5:15 this pm and they are ready. My complaint is that now I have to drive to Selmer from Henderson to pick them up. It seems like in the busy Christmas Photo season, one employee should be assigned to the picture department full time. Not good for business.
