Problem is there was a sign on the main front door to not enter into the front door like you used to but go to the south entrance. So we drove around the back and didn't see any close parking and easy way to get in for 2 people who use wheelchairs. Oh well. Just can't understand why a business would close off their main door and easy access for people especially the disabled.

Then the took the service writers car in to do an alternator, making that the 4th car since they told me I was 3rd in line. 2 tire bays and both empty! And no idea when they will be checking on the tire issue, I guess since it's not a paying job they are hoping I just go away. Dude standing in tire bay look totally confused not working. Definitely going to speak with corporate.
