I've had Kohler Chocolates before and have always been impressed. Since we were staying at the American Club for the weekend, stopping by the chocolate shop was a must. As part of the stay, you receive a small box of Terrapins as a welcome gift and then a couple of square truffles with the nightly turn-down service, which only made us more excited to visit the store. We went on a Sunday morning while they were just putting out their selections in the display case. It isn't a huge assortment, but everything they offer is beautifully crafted and clearly made with care. I was especially surprised and impressed when we asked if it was possible to sample something and they offered us an entire truffle rather than just a small piece. That was incredibly generous. You can purchase pre-boxed assortments, but if you want a custom selection, you can choose any combination you like and they will box it up for you. They offer gift boxes for four or nine pieces, which are perfect sizes for sharing or giving as gifts. We will definitely enjoy these chocolates ourselves and share them with some of our favorite people.

From hopping on the Magic School Bus and riding in Little Blue Truck, to seeing all the fishes swim with Pout Pout Fish and climbing into Winnie the Pooh's house, all of it is so well done. Just when you think you've seen them all, you find another winding path through lovely landscaping to discover more.
