Started with a roll and butter, coleslaw, potato salad out of this world, baked beans yummm, smoked thighs and legs and turkey breast. 2 kinds of sauces, regular and hot. I did overload my plate a bit, but it all looked so so delicious. 1st the sides were spot on. All of them. 2nd the meat was smoked too perfection. I smoke allot so I'm partial to a certain type and this was it. The chicken was so tender that it just fell off the bone with a great smoke flavor.
