They are always happy and eager to see us, not desperate. Also, they are willing to say no when over-booked and are upfront about availability, especially at last minute. With three funerals in the same month last year, we were very appreciative of their graciousness about last minute plan changes and knew that we weren't being "squeezed" in at the expense of our pet's care and our security. The value of having someone checking our home, watering plants etc. is an added bonus over kennels, which we rarely use any more at all. We also like that they get to sleep in their own beds and feel the comfort and familiarity of their own home.

The trainers are incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and passionate about what they do. Not only did our dogs learn so much, but we did too--they took the time to teach us how to properly handle and communicate with our dogs, which made such a huge difference at home. The facility is clean, safe, and full of positive energy. You can tell everyone truly cares about the dogs and their progress. They had pictures of the cats and dogs that are up for adoption. One of the volunteers came up to us to give us info on some of the dogs. I love how she knew these dogs so well. If you are looking into adopting a dog or a cat, or if your dog needs traing, I totally recommend this place!
