Our friends introduced us to Eric and Nikole when we first adopted our dog. My husband and I were worried about our pup's reactivity and low confidence during our walks. From the beginning, we had Eric and Nikole assess our dog to cultivate a personalized training plan. We started with 1:1 foundational training. When we found our dog was still struggling at home but acted perfectly in a controlled environment, we went forward with the board and train program. We were provided with updates and more training tips to continue at home. Our pup is more confident, and works through environmental stressors everyday with us. As we were taught, training isn't a fix, it's ongoing, and it's fostered with safety and trust. Our dog came more receptive and willing to train. Thank you again with your ongoing support and care!
