But I had found out that the manager, who was always there happened to be on vacation. The week we left our dogs and whatever staff was there. Did not do what they are supposed to do to take care of my dog at the time. But in 2024, we dropped our dogs off and the manager, and another long time the staff member was there and they took excellent care of our 2 dogs as they normally had done in the past several years. Except for that one year when the manager was gone. Her and her son were great.I know the son left and went to another vet office. I feel bad because I cannot remember their names as I write this post. But the regular clientele would know who i'm talking about in this review Anyway, I'm going to miss them. I was sad to find out that the veterinarian, who owned the hotel and the vet office retired. And sold everything to the city of stockton. I hope that the staff does read this post and know that they are going to be dearly missed by us.And i'm sure many others

He seemed fine when when picked him up although there was no info regarding his stay, if he was ok, or a problem . My grandmother had fallen very ill, very quickly and we needed to rehome her two sheep-doodles. Sadly (unbeknownst to us due to her illness) the pups were not being cared for properly... they were matted, dry skin, potty stuck to their fur... we needed same day help because these poor dogs couldn't live this way. The crew at Buster's DELIVERED!!!! By the time they were done my grandmothers dogs were unrecognizable in the best way. You can trust this company, they will do right by you! I cannot thank them enough... Bring your babies here!!! You won't regret it.

When I had difficulty getting him to my ca after the surgery she helped walk Rio to the car and got him in. Few times that we were not able to come to daycare for few weeks, upon return Silver would get on her knees to greet and hug Rio (her velcro dog). It is telling to see him love her so much and her so excited to see her too. Similarly Abby has been fantastic at the front desk, greeting dog parents as they come in, remembering dogs names. When there are additional charges for grooming she calls before processing payment. Their love for pets is clearly shown as Rio gets so excited few miles before we arrive and even though he is not supposed to pull he is very eager to get to see his friends and the staff.

The breeder from whom I purchased Tess recommended we take a beginning obedience class with Ericka! I signed up immediately! This began a string of fun & worthwhile classes...more obedience, tricks, walking out & about, rally, some agility, & lots of nosework. Nosework was so enjoyable for both me & Tess that we competed in several NACSW trials, successfully earning ribbons in Levels 1, 2, & 3. Unfortunately Tess passed in October 2021. I miss her everyday. She was a wonderful dog & great companion...thanks in large part to Ericka & her positive, effective training methods. I was very disappointed when Ericka left the Central Coast where I live & moved to Northern California. All you current & future dog owners in that area have an invaluable resource at your disposal!!

I thought I was a decent obedience trainer at the time, but Ericka opened my eyes to a whole new world of dog training. She is a real pro.
