He replaced parts that were missing and/or severely damaged and assured us our machine is in good shape otherwise -- this was good to know because it came with our house and we weren't sure the age/condition of it. I will say I was surprised that we didn't receive a quote for the repairs needed, just a bill when the work was complete. This might have been due to parts breaking as the technician looked at our machine, but next time I'd ask for an estimate before agreeing to work.

Went down to check on the clothes that I had attempted to wash in the evening, and the same error codes were showing. I contacted AZE and the part that was needed to fix it wouldn't be available for 3-5 business days. That being unacceptable they are hopefully returning tomorrow the 30th to remove the part that was erroneously installed and issuing a refund. Turns out they're claiming I cancelled the credit card transaction but I still have to pay the $75 which I'm not. I've started the dispute process which includes all the messages between me and the technician.

We have a 4 year old LG refrigerator not cooling or freezing. my husband explained he was certain it was the compressor. The owner,Richard, told us he works on LG appliances. We scheduled a repair visit. Richard came in, removed the back of my fridge saw the blinking light, closed it up and wrote me an invoice for $148.40, stating "NEEDS COMPRESSOR". Our GE double wall oven was acting up and he took the top electronic cover off and checked the wires. He tested all of the possible error codes to check for issues and found none. He tested the broiler, oven temps and convection fans to ensure all was working okay. He also diagnosed our dryer sound that suddenly and intermittently appeared a few weeks ago as a broken idler that we could buy online and either install ourselves (he showed us how) or call him to install when it comes in at his hourly rate.
