I wasn't sure how the rebuild should be done, but I had a few ideas. Jason was an excellent sounding board. I laid out my top priorities and how I thought they could be handled. He was easy to collaborate with, and whenever we hit practical limits to my vision, he was honest, clear, and quick to propose workable alternatives. His team showed up when they said they would and cleaned up every day, which made a big difference while living in the house during the job. They were also accommodating and able to work around four other projects I was managing in the house at the same time. The project did run a little longer than expected, but it was a negligible trade-off for the result: a bathroom that genuinely feels like something out of a magazine. What started as a plan to gain a bit of space and fix aging plumbing ended in something much better. I actually love taking showers again. Jason and his team delivered, big time. Only thing left now is saving enough to get him to do the rest of my house.

We walked around talking about different way to figure out what was causing the smell and he "I'm going to just walk around and check things out" within 1 minute he yelled out "found it". Under the sink in the bathroom and vent check valve was missing. The contractor plumber never installed it when the house was built 2 years ago. He said he could fix it right now and gave a very reasonable price. I said go ahead and within 30 minutes he had fixed a problem I had been dealing with for the last two years. He was very knowledgeable and even found a pipe that was not glued when he was installing the valve and fixed that as well I would highly recommend this business for their expertise and value for what they do. I added them in my phone as the first business to call for my plumbing needs.
