Waited 3 weeks, system still old - still running, called Beverly about lack of service, promised to refund maintenance agreement costs and cost of non-service - they lied - received check for partial reimbursement of maintenance contract. Beverly personnel are rude and very pushy, Brandon tried to pressure me into replacing furnace - even tried to have my daughter sign the contract to replace unit as she was showing them to the door. Horrible company, buyer beware - they do not stand behind their work or honor what they tell you.
