I talked to the owner and he confirmed it's supposed to be grey. The other vanity top I ordered was white sterling looks almost a solid grey on the sample board. This had major white veining. There is no viewing warehouse for you to look at these. I looked on their website and facebook page and couldn't find any actual product displayed. When I opened the box and realized they wouldn't match as the samples are so off I contacted the company I ordered my cabinets and countertops from. The worker at the cabinet store even thought sandbar was added to the antique white vanity top as it had major brown swirls. I've asked several of my contractors and no one thinks the tops look at all like the samples. Marble arch will not work with me at all. I would've even returned with a stocking fee an ordered new from them. I now am stuck with two countertops I can't use in the master as it's a grey theme. And one for my boys bathroom that I don't like. I am now ordering new countertops from custom marble solutions. Marble arch is also changing their sample at the store I ordered from now that I've brought this to their attention. Hmmm...why would you do that if your counters are right?!?!? Just a thought but maybe have a showroom. Give accurate samples that show larger veining. Samples that are bigger than a piece of bread. Add pictures of completed vanities to your website and Facebook page.

Over the last several months I have visited Lowes at the self checkout line, I continue to find Zayd constantly helping almost everyone at the same time. I said that Lowes needed to clone him considering he is THE MOST accommodating employee there. Always with a SMILE and very courteous, he approaches the customer to see if they needed assistance. I can tell if a CSR is genuine or not with the mannerism displayed by the employee. The employee who waits for a guest to ask for help with hardly a smile, not an inviting attitude, and could care less about the customer. Zayd definitely cares about the reputation of Lowes by demonstrating such spectacular customer service, great attitude, and cares about the needs of the customer. A second person is Ted in hardware. The last three times I was there, I asked him a question about the location of a specific item. He was very busy with the inventory, yet he stopped what he was doing and walked with me to the opposite end of his area to show me exactly where it was. Other employers are simply happy with checking their inventory list on a phone and tell me the row number and where the item was located. One time I asked two employees where something was located, but there was no smile, caring and definitely not enthusiastic about helping someone so they could continue their conversation. That's it. Ted represented Lowes in a manner that would make you say, "Great job Ted" ! the public does not see this type of customer service every day. The gentleman that brought them to the car was very very nice and very helpful. But they look like they're used chairs and they're supposedly brand new. They are filthy. It's genuinely incredible what they have here: vintage locks, door knobs, drawer pulls, cabinet handles and knobs, lighting accessories, claw feet for tubs, and so much more. I was in restoration heaven. I'm honestly impressed that I only walked away with a few Art Deco handles and a bourbon barrel stave from Pappy Van Winkle. And the prices?
