They also overcharge quite a lot and it cost us €26 for 8! Had better ones at Pierre Hermé. Vanilla - Simple and delicious! Would have loved to save this one for the end to end on the best note. Rose - really really good! Flavor was nice and perfect amount of sweetness. Probably my favorite among them all. Pistachio - I usually always love a pistachio macaron but this one was just normal. No wow factor or anything. Raspberry - I had High hopes for this one but the filling was like a raspberry jam and didn't go too well with the macaron shell. A bit too overpowering. Orange Blossom - subtle but delicious. Not too strong of an orange flavor, but it was really nice overall. Lemon - horrible! It was actually bitter like lemon zest. I needed water to wash down my mouth after this. Passion fruit - too tangy. It was possible but I would not buy this.

They have an impressive array of flavors that were much more unique than other patisseries. I definitely asked for a few recommendations as well since I tend to order the same thing (pistachio, raspberry, lemon, etc.) The workers were very kind. They indulged my request to converse in French and corrected me in a respectful and endearing way (I know some people get upset at this idea but I personally prefer it.) I had ordered a dozen macarons but truthfully would've ordered the entire lot if I wasn't alone and especially if I wasn't already taking a ton of sweets back for my flight home. I am a Ladurée purist and what I can say is that Pierre Hermé definitely had the best and most unique flavors compared to the two. The prices are fairly comparable and the coffrets are just as tasteful. Both are strong contenders and worthy of your money. The macarons were delightful. I loved the two seasonal items; they were delightfully fruity and slightly floral, and I loved the slightly tangy flavor from the raspberry in the isapahan and rhubarb / currants in the jardin de cassandre. The praliné pistache was nice and nutty, and the inner cream offered a great additional richness. It's usually super crowded so seating tends to be quite limited. My friend and I ended up taking our macarons to go and enjoyed them elsewhere as we toured Champs Elysée.

I was pretty surprised as all online information states they accept credit cards. Clearly I should ah e simply cancelled but I didn't want to form a show or ruin anyone's vacation around me but I didn't want to post this so the owners are aware of what they are hiring. Mind you, I don't understand these girls entitlement working selling macaroons to tourist who clearly have the money to travel abroad and buy them but let them live in their fallacy earning minimum wage. Nonetheless, the entire experience and tour and the other vendors were pleasant in the tower with this exception of this one. Furthermore the macaroons are overpriced and hard so it wasn't even worth it. In Paris you can find better macaroons anywhere else and avoid being treated rudely by two immature girls treating people who earn a lot more than them like garbage.
