I love coming here for shows, until it's over 100° inside and I'm sweating like a woman of questionable morals in a house of faith...

They have a very short suite menu, but what I had was terrific I had a a salad with salmon on it and a lot of other veggies. It was terrific. The salmon was jerk, salmon, and the whole thing was a delicious repast. We had a appetizer of a couple bowls of their homemade chips. Unlike many places that don't salt them. These were salted just the right amount not too salty and I can't say anything bad about it. Our server was terrific and his name was Alex and the place is shaping up. I guess they just took it over from someplace else. The walls are a little bit bare needs a little more decoration and the ceiling is bare, but the chairs are very comfortable so it's an easy five star.

Charlie's Place - another place with a nice patio...and good to watch the game…read more I confess...the open and covered patios draw me right back to Charlie's place. If you want sun...sit out on the patio. If you want sunny shade and a breeze..sit under the outdoor cover/bar area or grab a table with an umbrella. You can't really go wrong here. Charlie's is also good for larger groups...and kids! Charlie's place is a large facility with lots of seating. The hosts are friendly. Making an on line reservation is easy. They always seem to have plenty of staff to serve and make you feel comfortable. Kudos to the team for developing a more attractive and welcoming lobby area! Sunday afternoon is brunch. They have a different menu than a normal lunch or dinner menu. Those menus are usually large and full of great choices. The brunch menu is much narrower and dominated by breakfast items. There are some non breakfast items...but not many. My wife had the breakfast tacos. She really liked the egg and bacon mixture. The sour cream and salsa sauces blended the tastes nicely. The Cobb salad was very fresh and tasty. There were lots of side ingredients such as egg, avocado, bacon, blue cheese, tomato and cucumber. The grilled chicken was plentiful and moist. Just enough grilled and seasoned taste to blend right in with the ingredients. The home made honey mustard dressing was consistent with what you would expect from honey mustard.

I made a six-hour drive to The Clyde Theatre for the Ryan Adams Heartbreaker 2025 Tour, my second…read moreshow of Ryan's in two days. So, yeah, I had high hopes, being a repeat concert attendee. This was my first time at The Clyde, and while the drink from the bar missed the mark--zero flavor and nothing like the picture on the menu--it was the only hiccup in an otherwise smooth night. I couldn't bring myself to drink the "Easy Tiger" (the only reason I bought it was because it was Ryan-themed, honestly) because it was sooo bad (deduction of star for this reason). When the lights dimmed and Ryan Adams took the stage, the sound wrapped around me, filling every corner of the space with his signature, aching voice. I won't go on too long about the sound, though--it's a Sweetwater Sound building and a Ryan Adams collaboration. The sound had no choice but to be tight, clean, and alive. Security was present but relaxed, letting the night unfold without being a distraction, something I have seen security be at other venues. Parking was easy--probably the closest I've ever been for a Ryan show. Like literally right outside the front door. What is this!? I can't leave out the art in the bathroom--unexpected and quirky, a small touch that speaks to the venue's attention to detail. I'd return to The Clyde without hesitation. It's a space that supports live original, soulful, introspective, haunting music with ease. Next time, I just hope the drink tastes as good as the show sounds.

Overall...not a good experience and I will not come back here for another concert/event…read more The seats were small and positioned tight to each other. Additionally the seats are hard plastic and not comfortable. Couple this with wide bottom people whose rear ends spill onto my seat...not a comfortable experience. I would much rather go to another venue that specializes in comfort that do the Clyde again. On the positive side...buying tickets was easy. There was lots of parking close to the door. The facility is very attractive. The bar looked like a fun place. The show was excellent. The lightning and sounds were very good! The security lady was not friendly. All business - get in the door. The ushers were nice and full of smiles. Very kind. I was actually mildly offended by the security team that was "pushing" us out the door. We waited for a lot of the crowd to clear as it was a packed show. We stepped into the aisle as we were the last of the crowd leaving. These two thug-type Gestapo looking man stared us down. Every step we. Iced forward - they moved. It felt like they were crowding and pushing out the door. His forbid I had to go back to my seat to retrieve a left item. Again...the show and facility were nice. The close seating and security people made the experience not worthy of repeating!

It was absolutely pristine and filled to the top with every ingredient. They even still have creamed herring . My steak was thick and perfectly cooked absolutely delicious. This isn't Ponderosa. When you add the high prices, I just glad I didn't have to pay since this was a corporate meal the evening before a board meeting. While the salad bar has many choices including I think caviar, it just like others of this type of restaurant. Of course have jelly belly type jelly beans is an interesting idea. My lobster bisque was at best average without chunks of lobster meat that I get at Weber's in Ann Arbor. Menu has to be limited since they have it on a meat cleaver (too cute but very heavy idea). Others enjoyed their choices. Our group was in one of the dining rooms and not the private room. A little noisy. The parking lot is really too small when I is busy and only has 4 handicap parking spaces. I hope we save money next year and go to some place else.
