My fiancé and I just purchased our engagement ring and wedding bands…read more We decided on a smaller jeweler because of the Covid virus effect on them. We are so glad we did!!! The personal time, treatment we received was wonderful. It just so happened the engagement ring was there and they sized it on the spot. Less than a week later the bands were in, we arrived before the store open. Steve Shannon was in saw us and let us in and took care of us. Once again resized the rings as mine are a double band on each side of engagement ring. His daughter works with him and she is such a "jewel". We would highly recommend Shannon Jewlers to everyone!

She wanted the diamond prongs checked but it wouldn't budge! It doesn't bother her but she was willing to have it cut off and resized. We are talking some money and time here! The courteous and knowledgeable person Pam assured us that this is a common problem with several solutions. The most expensive would take a couple of weeks to resolve if major changes needed to be made. When my wife walked in she saw the store was clean and well lighted. It had many displays of beautiful jewelry. The jeweler on duty was professional and accessed the situation quickly! He examined the prongs in question and assured her that all is well. There was no reason to cut off the ring or do any other work. There was no charge and we were happy campers! If the jeweler wanted to charge for his inspection or cut off the ring for major repairs we wouldn't have questioned his advice. Good place to shop for all your jewelry needs!!! Nice to see honesty in the business community!

When I asked about it, I was told the only thing she see is one of the baguettes is bigger. She said nothing they did would have caused that and it had to have been that way when I brought it in. She said I could leave it and she would have the person that worked on it look it over. They called the next day and said he agreed that they didn't do anything that would have cause it to be this way (They replaced they whole head). I've worn this ring for almost 30 years and this was not the way it looked when I dropped it off. I will never go back!

Update- best customer service ever!! I could not believe how…read moreeasy they were to work with and so quick to rectify the problem. We even spoke about doing try on sizing before the group orders so we know the exact sizing. Easy fix and quick response. I highly recommend working with companies like this that care! We've used 18 Threads for our soccer team jerseys, and the sizing is completely inconsistent. The first batch we ordered came in super large, but after a year they finally fit our kids well. So this season we ordered the exact same sizes, expecting them to be the same. Instead, the new jerseys are way too tight -- the neck hole is tiny, the arms are hard to get into, and the length is so short they're practically belly shirts. What makes it worse is that when compared to the exact same size from our old jerseys, they are completely different. Youth Large should fit 12-14 and Youth XL should fit 14-16, but the new jerseys are nowhere close. Instead, Youth Large fits more like an 8-10, and Youth XL like a 10-12. Even our practice jerseys -- which normally run smaller than game day jerseys -- are still larger than these new cuts. For reference, the white photo shows a Youth XL practice jersey compared to the current game day jersey, and the green-on-green photo shows a Youth Large old game day jersey compared to the new Youth Large game day jersey. The fabric is fine, but the sizing is so unreliable that it feels like a total waste of money since our kids can't even use them.

After wearing his grandmothers ring for 5 years, it was time to put it in storage for safe keeping. We met with Rich, the owner, twice to design what I wanted, and then choose my diamond from two options he found for us. My husband then met with him a 3rd time to make a payment and choose finishing touches as a surprise for me. The diamond ring is stunning, and the two accent bands fit perfectly! I wanted a marquise diamond for years and could never find one I liked for a reasonable price, this was actually cheaper to design my own from what I was seeing at other jewelers chains!! The bands are not connected so I can interchange them as I want, or wear the plain band when painting or working out! The ring box actually lights up too, such a cool touch!! Highly recommend Pacula diamonds to everyone shopping for fine jewelry, especially a bridal set! Edit - men take your bride to be here if she knows it's coming and if she is picky, it's worth it to have something she will adore forever
