O2 Sensor was about $50 10 minute install and I just didn't have the time to do it so I took it there and explained what the code is and what the problem is and I asked if they could Confirm the code and replace O2 sensor for me. What I got was a bill for about $300 and some crap from an angry Roided out looking guy. All they did was install the O2 sensor. "They say that you can sheer a sheep sheep many times but you can only skin them once. " Won't ever be back there I did business with them off and on for years as far back when they were on Anthony St even growing up when Charlie Hire was still alive.

This was my first time here. Same day service for oil change and belt replacement for my Mercedes…read moreand they did not charge me to repair a cover that was disconnected and interfering with radiator fan. The cost for the oil change was more than reasonable. (Note: Mercedes Dealership charges more than double for their oil changes and services). Most important, the Attendant and the Mechanics were very friendly. Unlike other Dealerships, they were thorough in explaining their diagnosis; no unnecessary or pressure sales tactics. My first visit to Kruse. Business is under new ownership…read more New owner was a long term employee of previous owner. Took my limo in for front end alignment. I had just rebuilt the front end. Car handles beautifully. wheel is perfectly level. While in shop Mechanic gravity bled the brakes. Now the pedal is nice and firm again. My alignment was $149 and bleed was $40.50 (he supplied the fluid). The owner runs the shop, and his sister runs the office. They both impressed me as intelligent and pleasant people. They both thanked me more than once for my business. I'll return again.

Do yourself a favor and avoid them blaming their supplier cause they make mistakes

Coldwater rocks, new haven is pretty good too. Good selection on stuff, prices aren't bad, most stuff comparable to the other stores like Auto Zone, Advance. Motor oil prices and selection are pretty weak at O'reilly I will be honest here, but other then that especially for parts this is my go to Motor head and parts store. Very good store. Motor oil deals be up at Autozone, other then that highway robbery on 90% everything else. Parts O'reilly is number one for price and quality, then Napa. Motor Oil Wally World or Autozone when they got them clearance deals.
