Car handles beautifully. wheel is perfectly level. While in shop Mechanic gravity bled the brakes. Now the pedal is nice and firm again. My alignment was $149 and bleed was $40.50 (he supplied the fluid). The owner runs the shop, and his sister runs the office. They both impressed me as intelligent and pleasant people. The tire was leaking from the seal on the rim, so that took the whole tire off and remounted and replaced the valve stem. Then they test drove my car to determine the reason the brakes were pulsating for free. I walked out of there with no charges. My second trip was to replace the front brakes and rotors that were previously determined to be the cause of the pulsating. I asked them to check the rear brakes to see how much life was left in them. They came back and told me that there was 80% life left in the rear brakes. They could had lied to me, but they didn't. I think this business is off on good footing. If they keep it up, I will be a customer for life.

They do not mind questions (LOTS of them) and they will re-check something they have already checked just to be sure that I am confident that my 12-year=old Highlander is in top running order. The staff have been doing my service for four years now (I believe), even though reading Toyota maintenance book is so darned convoluted. My car has run better since coming here than in the years Toyota was servicing it. Also, in the past, I was constantly being told there was "something else" when coming in for something as simple as an oil change. Goodyear has never done that. I just love these guys and feel honored that they treat me so well. Now, if I were going to be picky ... they could have more comfortable chairs in the waiting room!
