Y'all I'm still in the car, barely left the parking lot but I had to come here and throw my thoughts down so you could come experience this for yourself. The vibe in here is everything. Honestly? Old sf city vibes. I'm talking Haight street before it got gentrified ok. They make you feel at ease, they know what they doing, and somehow in the 15 mins we were there I almost invited them to family dinner? If you have a baby or a teenager --- they gonna be taken cared of foreal. Our middle child didn't get anything done but he did cry because he felt bad for his little sister, and Mops made him feel better with lollipop and all to raise his spirits. I'm coming back for my nose piercing for sure. And now the mister thinking about getting his eyebrow again. Parents of 3 who? A little more details if you need it: Amber knows exactly what she's doing. She's got a medical background so if you feel a type of way, know that she's more than qualified. She's also a mom... like a cool mom, so we're good there! The aesthetics in the room make it such a vibeeee. Alright I'm out. GO HERE. You won't be disappointed.

This place is a joke! I have been in many times in the past for a long time, as they were the only…read morehead shop in the town of Napa. First off these guys are too fu*ckin stoned all the time to get off their butts and help you when you need it. When you do finally get someone to help you, they are just not knowlegeable! I used to sell blown glass, so I have an idea of what I am talking about (not an expert but not a novice either), and it really discourages me when I know more than an employee does. When you walk back to the area of the shop with the pipes, and other smoking devices, you are bombared by pornography and sex toys. Then when you do finally make you way past midget porn and dildos to the pipes, they are extremely overpriced and the selection blows! 95% of their selection is import glass (meaning they probably bought it online for less than $2 a pipe for crap glass) which a lot of the time must have holes drilled into them upon arrival. When this happens, it jeopardizes the structure of the glass and can leave toxic glass dust in the pipe when inhaling. Their cheapest "decent" pipes start at around $35! That is absurd, when I can go to a headshop down the street (as there are now 3 in Napa) and get the same pipe for around $17. Basically, if you want decent customer service, experienced staff, and good prices for decent product, DO NOT GO HERE!!

One and only piercer you should go to! Joe's been piercing me for over 15 years and he is hands…read moredown the best. His appointments are very detailed, informative, and precise. He starts by going over the type of piercing wanted, selecting jewelry and going over cost. Next, he brings you back to the piercing room (where there is a few spots for guest to join and a TV to watch). Joe is very methodical, particularly, and very much detail-oriented when it comes to piercing. He makes sure your positioning of the dot (where the piercing will go) looks the best, and has you confirm that it too. Next, he grabs all his sterile equipment, jewelry, and gloves up. Joe presents with a very confident, calming, and gentle demeanor while he prepares you before piercing which makes the piercing process such a breeze. Next thing you know, it's over! Such a mindless experience, that's why I keep coming back + best jewelry quality too. Book online today- appointments open up 1 week in advance, on Sundays!
