We got her business card after and I reached out. First time took her 9 days to respond, said it was because she was on PTO. No big deal, said she would get me information Friday. Information never came, I followed up the next day but still no reply after a week. While I do appreciate the hour she spent with us, respectfully will be taking our business elsewhere as trying to buy an engagement ring should not be this hard.
