Hunter was great in helping put in retainers into a few of my piercings that are in awkward locations in my ears. He gave me a few other retainers for other piercings that I was able to change myself. After my mri he was able to change the retainers back to my regular jewelry. You're best off texting them on Instagram or by contacting them, working out a time to meet with them, and sending them what you want ahead of time and where, so when you get there, you can get down to business. They're pretty nice guys who just will chat with you the whole time, pretty down to earth. Small space but it's better than the big empty bigger spaces some shops have. They keep it covered with curtains to maintain a taboo older feel of a tattoo shop.

I went in for a consultation with him, hoping to get some work done, but he ultimately wasn't too interested in the idea I proposed. I'm a fan of traditional Japanese tattoo style, but after looking more closely at his portfolio, I realized his take on it wasn't quite what I was looking for. Compared to other artists in California who specialize in Japanese traditional, I found his work a bit too washed out and generic for my taste, with designs that felt a little too busy. His style is too recognizable, with similar patterns and placements across pieces. That said, if you're into his style and you're able to get on the same page with him, I'm sure you'll be happy with the outcome. From my experience, Bodi seemed like a pretty laid-back guy--easygoing and not uptight. However, if you're after something more specific or different, there are definitely other talented artists out there, and if you're willing to drive further out, you'll find some better options

There was a lady who did my septum on the 8th. This is my third septum piercing. This time was the…read moremost pain and the ball fell out a week or two later. I went to the location yesterday. They seem to have no plans on helping. Have me walking around with about a ball because I don't have the exact size. The grooves may even be stripped. Then today my whole septum ring fell out. I just really want my money back. There are no supervisors or corporate. Just inexperienced piercers. I spent $50 on two piercings for me and another person and I'm looked at as a Karen because my septum couldn't stay in for trouble weeks. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES. Highly inexperience and avoids accountability. UPDATE: Erely called me back and told me a whole lot of nothing. I said it sounds like you're not offering a solution or a refund. And she said it's not my fault if it's your third piercing. I don't think that is relevant to why my ball fell off. I told her to keep my money. I do not want anything further just my peace.

He forgot and didn't show til noon. I went because I believe in the man he apprenticed under, Phil. He let me know how this was going to make him late with each appointment, and informed me I didn't wait to hear that he was really booked. I did! He offered to come in early. I said I'd come back a different time, he said it's ok you are here now. Also, he reprimanded a colleague right in front of me for messing up a chicks tattoo. Huge NO NO!!! No professionalism. I drove an hour to get there. Going to Lou's next time. Sorry Phil, loved your attitude and work, wish you hadn't retired. I'd book an appointment with you a year in advance. Good luck Tactical. Customer service is horrible…read more I can't say anything about the tattoo work as I could never seem to actually catch anyone at the shop. I contacted this place twice about getting an appointment and was told it would be open or someone would be there for me to set an appointment( I tried setting in up through messenger with a deposit and was told I needed to go into the shop to make an appointment... )so I went and two separate times and days! No one was there either time. I messaged before the second time to make sure I didn't waste a trip there and was told someone would be there and again, no one was there. Why post business hours and/ or tell a potential customer that you'll be at the shop and then not be there And Not have the decency to message an update or update your page to say you'd be put unexpectedly?
