The very first thing he did was ask if the kids and I were ok. I've never had a body shop take the few seconds it took him to see me as a person and not just a client/paycheck. The second thing he told me was "My job is to do the work for you and make this as easy as possible for you and your family." That alone made me feel like his business might be the best choice for me to take care of my repairs. He immediately made time for me to swing by and check out the damage, took all the photos and explained how to work with the insurance. He made this process SO EASY, I couldn't believe it! We were leaving town the next morning and I worried our trip would be peppered with calls from insurance but he was so thorough, the only call I received was insurance telling me they issued a check for repairs. He kept me informed through the whole process, from progress to parts delays, so I never felt like I was unaware of what was happening. I realized I needed something out of my car like 10 days into this, and he met me personally to make sure I could access my vehicle and get what I needed. I would never have imagined I'd leave a review for auto body repair, but they made it so easy and the quality of work they did made the vehicle look better than before I even hit the deer! Instead of repairing the panel like Dent Magic, they would replace it with an OEM part and paint system.
