My Cadillac Escalade IQ developed a problem with its hood latch that made it unsafe to drive. We were supposed to leave that same day for a 1,400-mile trip home with our entire family and our giant dogs, but the only dealership equipped to service the vehicle told us it would be at least a week before they could even evaluate it. While arranging to have the Escalade towed to the dealership, I explained the situation to Dirk, the owner of Done Right Towing. Because Dirk is also a mechanic, he generously offered to have his driver bring the vehicle to him first so he could determine whether he could fix the problem and prevent us from being stranded. The tow-truck driver was also incredibly kind, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process, which made an already stressful situation so much easier.
