After receiving multiple quotes from other companies (for the same slab from the same wholesaler), New View was the cheapest around here. They came out to do the template within a couple days, and installed a week and a half after that. I did bring one issue to their attention that there was about 1/4 inch overhang on one of the sides of the stove cut out, and was not sure my stove would fit cause of this. They offered to come fix it, no questions asked. Fortunately, the stove still fit and didn't need them to come back out. Could not be happier!

I picked out a bright white countertop for my island and instead got a dingy dull beige color with a crack. I was told the crack was a dirt line that could be soft scrubbed out but as it got bigger, I realized it was a crack. The countertop by the sink must have been damaged when they cut the sink out and repaired but no said a word or offered a discount for the damage. It was installed and I saw it later. We went into World Marble and Granite expecting more of the same. The place was small but still had quite a selection, the woman at the desk seemed relatively disinterested but when we started asking questions it was clear she has been paying attention to us the entire time. I had measurements with me and it took just minutes to provide a quote and they had the actual piece of granite on site so I didn't have to travel across the state. Did I mention the price was significantly lower than all the other places we went? They came within the time scheduled to do create the template, they were quick, efficient, and professional. They day of the installations they came first thing and we could not have been more thrilled with the results. We were so happy I made it a point to call and say thank you.
