We just took delivery of our 2025 G23 a week ago and we could not be more pleased. My husband and I have been in sales for 25+ years so customer service is big to us. I stopped by Rod's Fiberglass to get an estimate on painting my boat. He asked if it needed…read morepainting or if the gelcoat was in good enough shape to sand, polish and recondition. I told him the boat / fiberglass shop I just picked up the boat from sanded and polished a couple of places and said the gelcoat was too bad of shape and needed to be repainted. So we got together on about what to expect in painting it. So Rod picked the boat up at my storage and took it to his shop so he could give an accurate estimate for the work needed and materials. A few days later he told me to come to the shop and we would go over the estimate. He had polished 3 places on the boat and said the gelcoat was good. The polished places looked good. So we decided to recondition the gelcoat. He removed all the interior, gauges, engine and disconnected all the hydraulics. Later reinstalled it all. After all the cleaning and polishing he sprayed clearcoat on it. It looked perfect. Looked like it did when new. Rod's bid was spot on. His bid for repainting if we had to was a few thousand dollars less than two other quality shops. Plus saving the gelcoat kept the boat's value up. Rod touched base with me weekly and sent pictures to keep me aware of the progress. It could not of gone any better. In the future if I need fiberglass or paint work I will definitely go to Rod.

Through a bad buy on my behalf Rod's meticulous work brought these skis back to life and can safely put someone on them again. It was running rough and they were not able to determine exactly what was wrong from their diagnostics so they guessed and after $1,500 later and another repair shop it turned out all I needed was a fuel pump. I got my 26' boat back soaking wet from rain after being promised that they would not let it get wet, black paint spots all over the exterior which I had to clean, broken hydraulic engine cover brackets, and a poorly done oil change. Stay away from Jeff and Ed and Lake Conroe Marine!!!!
