It wasn't a major damage and they could fix that for less than $100 but they keep telling you that it's something really bad and they need at least $2000 to fix it. Came with a group of 10 folks on a Saturday in July for a 4 hour rental. You must come 30 minutes…read morebefore your start time. We had a start time of 11am, so we had to arrive by 10:30a. I think to ensure everything is in order before you leave. Thankfully the weather cooperated that day. When our group arrived, the young gentleman Tyler checked us in. He informed us on site that while we were able to pre pay for the boat rental, we have to pay insurance and gas after we come back from the boat. He walked us through some general tips of the boat and said to call the office if we have any issues. He said he would help us dock when we got back. You must wear the life vest when near the dock area. We had fun, I think it was a 12 passenger boat. Luckily one of our group members was able to take the brief course to be able to drive the boat. He had no experience previously, but did a great job! We had a pretty good time, we added the lily pad and the tubing to our rental as well, which we used and recommend. The boat itself was new which was nice. It had space under the seats for our items. We were able to bring coolers and our own food on board. Overall it was a fun experience. Shout out to a great friend for setting this up!

Everyone on the boat just needs to sign waivers and the persons driving the boat need to watch a couple of boat safety and instructional videos. Lake Conroe is quite a drive from Houston, but getting here and finding the spot was easy. It's just a dirt lot with a shack of an office and a porta potty. Nothing fancy but nothing wrong with that. We showed up 30 minutes before our reservation as requested. Tyler was in charge of our party and he was super friendly and very helpful with getting on board and out on time. Everyone is required to wear a life vest until you hit open water. We rented the 12 passenger pontoon boat which was in very good condition. Our package also included a large lily pad and tube. There's lots of storage under seats which I highly recommend using. We may have overpacked which meant less room to walk around freely. My friend and I shared captaining duties. Driving was a little intimidating at first, but once we got a feel for the power of the motor it was smooth sailing. The map provided to us came in really handy as Lake Conroe is pretty big, bigger than I expected. We made our way to The Island which was a hangout spot for alot of boats and jet skis. We anchored, put out our lily pad and tube and enjoyed the water. The boat does have Bluetooth speakers, but it will run the battery. I would suggest bringing a portable speaker. Time flies when you're having fun, but we made sure we had enough time to drive back while taking turns using the tube. It made for a fun ride back! Overall, a time was had. Never once did I ever think to myself about owning a property on a lake with a boat until now. Thanks to Perfection Water Sports for giving me new goals in life lol. I would totally rent from here again and soon I hope!

Waterpoint Marina along Lake Conroe was a nice stop to have a relaxing walk and chat with family…read more Parking is free, and the boardwalk is well maintained. In the center of the pier, there is an observation hole, where you can feed the fish and have them come to the surface. There is a little coin operated fish food dispenser, which provides for entertainment for kids and husbands alike! We did find that the fish didn't want to have anything to do with that creepy observation hole, but were abundant on the outsides of the pier itself, and gobbled up their snacks. The marina was well maintained, and had very little refuse around, and no graffiti or any of that type of stuff. Very relaxing. I did notice that there wasn't a whole lot of seating. There was only a bench or two, which happened to be occupied the entire time we were there, so there was no place for our elders to get off their feet. There were a few shops along the marina, but none of them were open. There was really no place for light treats and snacks. I noted one or two expensive sit-down restaurants. I believe this Marina is still developing, as they are building and selling new condos in the area. So hopefully, they get more eateries and things to do along their beautiful pier. I didn't know that Lake Conroe was so huge! It seems to go on forever and feels like you are looking out into the endless ocean, and not just a lake. There are boat and slip rentals available in the marina. I think if I lived here, I would probably visit often.

We had 50 guests and every single person commented on what a fantastic time they had. Every staff member was professional and took excellent care of our guests. Working with James Winkler was awesome. He helped us in every aspect of getting the party set up and was always available to answer all of our questions. He even helped me when our DJ backed out 5 days before the party. I can not recommend them enough.
