We returned home at the end of January, 2022 --no contact from the dealership during this period- to find that nothing had been done to replace the sunroof. The dealership had our truck for six weeks and nada. The service manager had no explanation for the inaction and in fact got hostile when we asked why we had not even been called during the 42 days the dealership had our truck. To be fair, we were angry as well, but no apologies for the waste of time or the undelivered work. We won't be dealing with Gabriel/Jordan again.
