Pieology is great! Its the same concept at Blaze and is such a steal for a thin crust pizza with all the toppings you can want! I usually do the tomato sauce, mozzarella and all the veggies. It's filling and delicious! You really can't go wrong with any choices that you make, worth checking out the next time you want pizza but don't know how many toppings you'll want! read more

I've been coming to this location since it opened! Before the craze of a customizable thin crust pizza! The staff have always been so friendly. It's a small spot but there's chairs inside and outside too! They have so many options for toppings and their ranch is the best! I recommend! read more

The service here is fast and efficient, but depending on who you get as your food prep-per, the service may seem curt and all business. If you value efficiency over excellent customer service, this may be the place for you. I usually get the original thin with a slew of toppings and it tastes great! I find their best employee is Joshua. I really value Joshua's dedication and attention to customer service. He truly goes out of his way to make the customers happy. If not for him, I truly believe that this location would not be as successful. He never stops, quite literally, is industrious and is truly an exemplary employee. All I can say is that he must be exhausted after every shift, but you would never know from his can-do, upbeat attitude! read more

I love this place!! We came here tonight for dinner because I've been craving a good pizza. I hadn't been here for a while because my family moved out of the area. The restaurant looked very clean and organized, I love that! I'm kind of a picky eater so I had a lot of questions for the lady taking my order. PAM was so helpful and patient and seemed to understand that I was looking for something a bit on the healthier side. She suggested I order the thin crust. When the pizza arrived, it was cooked perfectly and the ingredients were so fresh. I am so happy that I came here tonight ! read more

The place is super dirty ( we should have left ) to include the bathroom. Sadly, my daughter ended up getting super sick... from food poisoning. Save your time and money ( they also over charged me) better off somewhere else, that's Cleaner!!!! read more

There's something about pizza on a cold fall afternoon. With my pizza craving in full effect I decided to come here and I'm certainly happy I did. When I walked in, I was greeted by the staff at the register, warm smiles and cheerful people made for a nice welcoming. Very neat and clean location. The line wasn't long so I was able to order quickly. I love that I can customize my pizza and add all the toppings that I loooovveee! From veggies to meats they have you covered! I enjoyed my experience here and will continue to come back. Thanks Pieology! read more

Excellent service & great pizza, I purchased online and picked up in store was very timely.

Did online order all my order is not on receipt. Charged me for extra soda when I was owed 2. After sauce slashed everywhere. Thin crust not baked all the way through. Go in person so you can watch I understand being busy but don't be sloppy. read more

I've had pieology at different locations but this was my first time visiting this location. Most of the pieology stores are packed except this one and I knew something was off. My husband and I both ordered our own pizza and ate inside the restaurant. We noticed the store is dirty overall but it was only 2 people working so it's understandable? Anyway fast forward to the next morning both my husband and my stomach hurt soooo bad ALL DAY and their pizza was the only meal that we had together all day. The fact that we both felt so sick the next day it must be this. THEIR FOOD INGREDIENTS ARE NOT FRESH! Stay away from this place if you don't want to feel sick. it's been 24 hours since I ate at this place and my stomach is still hurting!!! DONT COME HERE and I'll never visit this location ever again. read more

Today's experience left a very disappointing impression. We didn't even get past the sauces on the pizza before issues began. When we mentioned we had a birthday coupon but wanted to upgrade to a thick crust, we were told there would be an upcharge -- which we agreed to. However, when we asked about the crust, we were told both were thin. After clarifying that we wanted one thin and one thick, the staff member sighed heavily and slowly went to get the thick crust. I ordered garlic butter and pesto sauces, which she allowed. But when it came to my husband's pizza, he asked for butter and garlic butter -- the way he has always ordered it -- and was told only one sauce was allowed. When he asked if this was a new policy, the employee insisted it had always been that way. After requesting a manager, we received the same response: "We have always only allowed one sauce." We've been loyal customers of Pieology since it first opened and have visited the Chino location many times, always enjoying the ability to create pizzas exactly how we like them. Today's experience, however, makes us second-guess whether we will return. read more

I used to order from this store on Uber Eats and get a good size pizzas that fit perfectly in the box. Now I order them here and we get teeeeeeny tiny little baby pizzas that look ridiculously small inside the same sized box. I don't know what happened, but we're not a fan anymore... Plus we're still hungry. For reference, the pizza is smaller than my hand and it was $15. read more

Very dirty. The worker was very rude to me and my husband. If you don't like your job then don't work there. I've had a bad experience with the same worker twice already. The first time I went I thought I just went on a bad day so I decided to try again. NOPE. WRONG. read more

The restaurant is dated, needs remodeling or at least a fresh coat of paint. However, the bathrooms and tables are always clean. This location has always been solid as far as taste and toppings. And the staff are friendly, too. The only reason I'm giving one less star is because today I noticed gloves weren't changed between orders. As someone who doesn't eat pepperoni or sausage, the cross contamination bothers me. I should've spoke up but didn't because I'm always worried the staff will be annoyed with me. I should've thought, especially since they should know better. read more

The pizza is decent but a good business should not make its customers feel uncomfortable and rushed. We came in an hour before closing and half the chairs were already up on the tables. First time here and so glad we came. We ordered 2 pizzas and 2 calzone. They're set up is just like subway but pizzas. You wait about 15 minutes to get your food because they put them in the oven baked to perfection! Staff very friendly. We will definitely be back. read more

Pam was an amazing cashier and server today! She was very kind and thoughtful, with a fun personality! I especially enjoyed her pleasant attitude and quick service! The pizza was superb and was a perfect relaxed atmosphere! read more

Pizza was undercooked and one of the employees was extremely rude. Automatically I was questioned how many pizza's when I was trying to ask questions about the menu. Being used to MOD Pizza, it is different terminology but I guess people skills do not exist at this specific pieology. I asked about cheese and pointed twice before pointing not even over the glass when I was scolded to keep my hand to myself. Unprofessionalism and ignorance in this location. read more

We came here wanting a quick bite, we drove in around 8:40pm. When google said they closed at 9:30. All the lights in the window were off and the chairs were all on the tables so no one could sit down. Felt weird but it was fine. We decided to order through the app since they were a little busy maybe 3 people ahead of us plus we had a coupon. Two young girls were working the counter and were insanely rude. While working on our pizza (around 9:10pm) they e could hear them clearly saying "who the f*ck is ordering from here before closing? Like can't you order from anywhere else?" That was my order. We ordered 25 mins before closing. We got our pizza and not only was it very undercooked and it was cooked so SO sloppy. I normally wouldn't complain about that. It's pizza right? But it was like all ingredients on some of the slices? It was super messy. read more

I was craving pizza so came here for dinner and sadly, this place went downhill since my last visit. As soon as I walked in the restaurant, I felt so stuffy like there was no air circulation. Then I ordered a custom salad, the girl who prepared the salad seems doesn't care about what she's doing. She was wearing gloves while making the salad and when she's done, instead of taking off her gloves (like in most places do), and cover my salad and put it to the side, she did not take off her gloves! So all over my salad container is just dirty and oily from all the toppings that she put in it. Can someone please teach her how to serve food properly??? Then the guy asked what kind of dressing I want and I asked what are my choices and he doesn't have any clue what options do they offer ... for salad dressing. I think that's pretty basic question. Then I ate my pizza and salad. I kid you not, it tastes horrible. My salad doesn't taste fresh and the mushroom is old, as in pics. The pizza itself, lack of flavor. The marinara sauce is just blah and the toppings are mediocre. On top of that, they charged me for ranch dressing for $1. I don't mind paying if I asked for extra, but this place don't even give you one and charge for it. Beyond ridiculous. Thank you, pieology for the good old days. Wish it was still like before, like in the beginning when they opened. Adios for now. read more

I've been going here for a long time and often. It is probably the best store out of all the other Pieology's. I went to pieology with my girlfriend and as someone who savors pizza very often, I was looking forward to some nice hot pizza. Upon entry, I was warmly greeted by a few workers and I asked for a custom, build-your-own pizza. One of the worker named Joshua, gave me generous toppings of cheese, veggies, and meats and by the time I was done adding everything I wanted, my pizza was loaded. My girlfriend also got a similar pizza as I did and she also got a very generous amount of toppings. After baking it, Joshua put in the perfect amount of BBQ and Ranch dressing that I wanted and the slices he cut were so neat and organized. And the crusts weren't burnt either which is quite rare. I  give the service and food a 5/5, but unfortunately, the bathrooms were locked when I needed to urgently relieve myself after such a hearty meal, making my review a 4.5/5. I highly recommend this place and will hopefully be back soon. read more

Went to this restaurant for the first time tonight. Pizza was mediocre at best. I guess it really depends on how you like your pizza. What really put me off was when asked to use the restroom I was directed to two rooms. One designated as "Staff Only" and the other designated as "Gender Neutral." I have been visiting this store ever since they first open, quite a while back maybe around 2012 or 2014 ish? No more indoor dining, but the outdoor area is kept clean and shaded. A big TV outside and well stocked paper towels. Our pizza came out in timely manner and just like how we wanted them. Never disappoint us. Everyone is so nice and friendly. I have always driven by hear and finally decided to give this pizzeria a shot. The staff were very friendly and knew how to make a decent quality pizza. If you want the best experience with Pieology I would recommend getting their option of customizing your own pizza. 100% worth the price. When it comes to the ambiance of the establishment the restaurant itself is clean and well lit. From what I have seen I had no issues with the tables or the seating. They were clean and thats all that mattered. Out of stars I would have to give them 4 out of 5 stars. Keep up the great service. read more

I love Pieology! This particular location is much smaller than some of the others I have patronized, but they did get the job done regardless. Our visit was during the Covid mess, and the line was long. The wait, however, was worth it. Pieology has a host of toppings (both vegetables and meats) to choose from. I think it's the buttered well done thin crust that makes it special. If you prefer a more solid crust, you should order well done or extra well done. As indicated above, Pieology was packed. The staff stayed cool during the rush and were friendly and professional. Before I knew it, my hot piping pizza was ready. The biggest challenge is deciding whether to eat half or power through the whole thing. Either way, you can't go wrong with Pieology! read more

Still the worse after 5 years of writing this review. I gave this restaurant so many chances. The online ordering is a waste of time because even if you place the online order and get to the restaurant, your order isn't even ready at the estimated time. I put in an order online at 12:47pm on 7/23/25, it said estimated time for it to be ready is 1:06pm to 1:16pm. I get to the restaurant at 1:06pm and the girl Hannah said my order isn't ready yet and it would be a minute. I stood there waiting and still no order. I notice the lady who was paying when I got there got her pizza before me. That's when I was already frustrated and asked Alan how many more minutes for my order and when he went to check..Alan, Hannah, and another guy who I didn't get the name were looking at a receipt and going back forth to the oven as if my order wasn't made. At this point I was already waiting more than 10 mins and said to them if my order wasn't made then I need a refund. Then they said no it's cooking it took long because of the rush and the other guy said we need to take care of the customers who come in first. And then Hannah kept giving me a dirty look the whole entire time and started to make me feel uncomfortable. At this point I was upset and tired of the excuses. What's the point of having online ordering if they're going to be taking care of the customers who come in when an online orders has been put in and come in to pick up my order and not have it ready by the estimated time..just like that lady who was paying and waiting for her pizza to be made when I got there and she got her pizza before me. Shouldn't they have someone doing online orders and then another person do in restaurant orders so there isn't a mess. I've seen it before where they made me wait and not order yet when I went into the restaurant because they were taking care of an online order first. They also said oh it depends on the topping as well, which to me doesn't make any sense. When I finally got my pizzas, as I always check because this restaurant has messed up on my order before..the pizzas were all wrong and not even done right. I was so annoyed and upset I left and the time I left the store was around 1:20pm. Also, I told Alan that I don't appreciate Hannah giving me these dirty looks and he said he was going to talk to her. As I was checking my pizza, I didn't even see Alan pull Hannah to the side to tell her anything as if her behavior was ok. This place needs to do better with their online orders and customer service. Pictures to prove the time and how long I waited. I also called the corporate office and left a message, waiting for a call back from them. read more

Pieology in the spectrum across from Mimi's! Came here for an unexpected lunch and was not disappointed. Ordered 2 pizzas, a pepperoni, black olive for my kiddos and a combo for me and the hubby to share. The lady taking our order was friendly and nice and patient. At places like this I sometimes feel rushed, this was not the case here. She listened and got all the toppings I requested. The other person cooking the pizzas was friendly and welcoming also, not sure of his name though. The restaurant was not busy and there was no rushed feeling in this store which I was appreciative of. As far as the pizzas : really good! Fresh and delicious toppings , lots of options too! I didn't feel gross after eating here as can sometimes be the case with certain pizza due to the amount of gluten. I will be back in the odd chance I get out of the car for food and not drive thru, although they do have an app and you can order ahead ! I'll likely do that! read more
