Very convenient spot for a quick and satisfying fast-food meal. Drive-thru line was efficient. Staff placed my order right away and check out was easy. I did ask for no salt on my fries but ended up getting ones that did so I asked them to remake it. Took a bit longer to get fresh fries so I couldn't enjoy it with my hamburger. The food was as expected for fast food. We ordered the croissant sausage breakfast combo. We asked for 8 creamers. As we prepared the coffee, we realized it was too strong for us and wanted more creamers for our coffee, but the unfriendly server just did not yield for us to be willing to approach her. She didn't do anything really, but just looked too serious and unapproachable. The restaurant was clean and very quiet, but the fans in different tables made us move around to prevent the air from blowing our food either off the tray or making it cold. read more

Driving home thought bill seemed high so I placed a mock online order saw I was charged 3x price for drink. I called and spoke with manager Marissa who confirmed overcharge and told me I could come back and get more food for price difference. Declined and asked for money back. She offered less than they owed me. I explained she wasn't giving me correct amount back (I was owed over $1 more and while not a lot, it's the principle - why shouldn't I get MY money back). This location is very consistent very being a bad location. We don't go often because first off, it's not a favorite and second, they always get your order wrong. Since this is close to my work, I stopped by and checked it out. It is by far one of the cleanliest branch I've ever been in! With large windows and natural lighting (perfect combo) it was so inviting. The staff were friendly and the one who served me (I think she was the manager) was so nice! Now..let's get to the food. I got the Cobb salad and a small fry. I didnt get to take a photo of the food but I was blown away. The ingredients were fresh, the bacon was fresh from the pan and the presentation was awesome. Another "I'd give them zero stars if I could." The drive-thru especially. What's the point of using the app to order ahead if they don't even start your food until you hit the ordering kiosk? And chances are at least one sandwich will be incorrect... It's gotten worse as time goes on. Seriously, if you know there's someone coming for a fried chicken sandwich, DROP THE MEAT IN THE FRYER IMMEDIATELY. There isn't a time I go that they don't run me out of the line to park on the other side of the store for 5 minutes because they don't want me messing up their drive-thru time stats, even if there's no one else in the drive thru (or the dining area.) AND they'll hand you Frosties and then make you wait for the rest of your order. If I'd wanted chocolate milk I'd make it at home. If I could give less I would. I have never had such a terrible experience with a fast food restaurant before. We made a big order had them repeat it back to us multiple times they still got the order wrong and forgot to give us some of it. We were asked to pull ahead our only hesitation was getting our sauces we were assured that they would put them in the bag for us they did not. They also did not give us a receipt didn't even ask if we needed one. When we called they didn't answer until the 7th try then they hung up on us. We called again and finally got someone just for her to give us attitude she knew exactly what order we were as again she repeated it back for us almost exactly still she refused to give us her name and told us that she should couldn't help and could only refund us a frosty IF we drove all the way back. Came here during rush hour and I flew through the drive-thru. I got the biggie meal and everything was perfect. The fries were hot, the nuggets were crispy, the Dr. Pepper was peppery. All the supporting characters were in place, but the real bell of the ball was the double stack. It looked like the commercials, so properly built and it stood up high; this burger had good self esteem. I looked at it each time I bit into it. Word of advice,don't eat the lower bun. Wendy's doesn't put anything between the patty and the bottom bun. It's 2023, let's cut back on some of those carbs so we can eat more burgers. read more

This Wendy's is in a really nice location very safe environment but we have three Edgar's working and nothings going right they're not taking anything serious I went and got a number six. Wow. I've been coming to this Wendy's for a while. My experiences have always been fine. Nothing much to brag about. Tonight was very different. I had a monstrous order and, to my surprise, my food came out within one minute of sitting in the drive-through. I don't know if something changed within management or if a new team or training strategy has been implemented. Went to Wendy's and ordered 4 meals. Got home and realized they forgot to put one whole meal in the bag, no biggie I should have checked before I left. I give them a call and they answer and say please hold, 11 min later I'm still on hold listening them talk about what they did what someone else said and every curse word in the book and laughing at each other having a blast... 13 min later I'm still on hold. Finally I hang up to call back and what do you know the phone is off the hook... 47 min later and the phone is still off of the hook. I went through the drive through last night, March 15 around 10:30pm. I was the only car in the drive through. They took my order then asked me to wait in the parking lot to receive the order. This was strange since I was the only car plus it had never happened before. I went there again tonight, March 16, around 9:15 pm. I pulled up in drive through and placed my order. The cashier said they're only accepting cash. I don't know who is running this Wendy's but this is ridiculous. The night crew do not seem trust worthy and it looks like new people are working there now. I don't trust buying food from here anymore.
