He was very responsive during the proposal bidding process and his proposed price was very reasonable considering the attention to detail that his team demonstrated throughout the project and the quality of the finished product. Unlike many other contractors, Randy was on the job site each day to address any issues and has a lead person designated to direct the work of the others. Although most of the work was relatively straighforward, we have 24' ceilings in our living room and entryway that provided a more challenging effort for painting the ceilings and walls.
