With our first, we made due but with the second on the way, everyone encouraged me to find additional support and we decided healthy, postpartum and healing oriented meals was the direction to go in. When you factor in the cost of formula, food, time and your health, it's well worth it. The meals are varied and delicious. Hard to believe but it feels like they nailed the nutritional needs for a breastfeeding mama healing. My energy levels are fairly ideal considering everything we have going on in our house and it's one less burden on my husband.
