Some of the items I had ordered were the last in stock. They lost a star for cancelling my order too soon. They did not wait the full 72 hours before cancelling. However, the lady up front was nice enough to let me pick stuff out of the bag that I originally had set aside for me, but was now slated to re-shelf. Unfortunately, my Walgreens cash that I used on the cancelled online order was not refunded to me. Sunday was the last day I was in town, so I didn't have time to call customer service and get that situated before heading back home. They got a decent score because some of the things they had in stock were not in stock at my local Walgreens so I picked them up while here on vacation.

They lose one star for not being open on weekends. One of my meds always ends up being up for a refill on Saturdays or Sundays and I'm just stuck without my medication till they open on Monday. It would be amazing if they could eventually manage to be open on weekends, even if it's limited hours. The staff is friendly and responds quickly to any requests I may have. I noticed a few reviews mad at this pharmacy when it was actually their insurance company holding up their meds. They should go write reviews on their insurance companies. No pharmacy can control your insurance company from delaying your medicines. Take it up with the right people.

This was probably the nicest Sam's Club I've visited and their inventory seemed more diverse than…read morethe others. My brother and I were amazed at the wide variety of snacks available. We grabbed a bite at their food court. We got a hot dog, slice of pizza, and pretzel. The pretzels were so good that we went back and bought 2 more! Perhaps we were hungry, but everything tasted really good! My only complaint was all of the tea dispensers were empty. It was around 11:30am, so it should have been filled up. When I asked the ladies in charge of the food court, they just shrugged their shoulders. I don't know if they were lazy, didn't really know, or were just down right rude. This negatively impacted my overall experience.

There was an issue getting the security tag off of our wine. It was also the last one available so we couldn't just grab another one. Cassidy was really helpful and made sure we were helped out with this issue. We really appreciated her patience and kindness with the situation.
