Misleading advertising. I purchased a picture via Amazon from this company, which was advertised as a 19X26.5 inch print of the Flag Raising at Iwo Jima as a gift. Apparently you have to read the fine print in the product description to learn that the print is actually 24X32 inches, but that the IMAGE on the print is 19X26.5 inches. I purchased a custom frame for this print, based upon the product features, (but not on the fine print in the product description), so now I'm stuck trying to pound a round peg into a square hole. I contacted the company to let them know that they're being deceptive, but their response was to read the fine details. Really? You can't just be honest about the print size in the big, bold product description? Thank goodness for the loophole of the product description, you can toss anything in there and it's all a-okay! Rest assured, I won't be doing business with you again. read more
