Best beef and cut and wrap I've ever bought. Worth every penny! And the order processes was a breeze

I also bought some wagyu from the shop when we picked up, and wow.

First and foremost, the rudest front desk women ever. Not only were they rude when we called, she…read moredidn't call back when she said she would. When we finally spoke to her she blew off the fact that we requested someone to call us back she was so unprofessional I would never recommend this place. On top of all that, any professional butcher knows deer fat is rancid and should never be ground or included in the meat. The ground we got back was so riddled with it the meat taste is tanted and has an off taste. Before anyone says anything about wildgame, we are advid hunters and usually butcher ourselves however with temps being higher than normal and work we weren't able to. We would normally take it to our trusted guy but since we moved to the area they were way out of the way so we took a shot with someone local. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AND WARN AGAINST ANYONE THINKING OF USING THEM. I imagine friends and people well known may get better treatment but unknow/new people are treated like shit. 10/10 DON'T RECOMMEND

very dissatisfied with their game processing. I brought in About 50# of nicely cleaned and cubed…read moreWhite tail deer. I ordered all Italian sausage half smoked half sweet, vacuum packed in small packages. 2 weeks later received 56# of Pee and gut shot flavored Italian sausage Wrapped in paper. cost me $317 dollars. It definitely was not the same meat I had left with them. Unfortunately I didn't find out till I got home and tried cooking and eating some. Luckily I didn't give them the whole deer and I still have some good meat left for canning. I wont be going back to those crooks again.

If I was reviewing just based on the food quality, I'd give it a 4 out of 5 stars, but because I…read moreordered the Boiada Meal to go, which is $35 plus tax - I must give it only three stars. The reason being is for $35 the website says the dish is enough to feed one to two people - that is laughable. I'm not one of those people who just gives out bad reviews for bad reviews sake - I'm someone who travels a lot and eats at various eateries from really fine dining to simple burger joints so I'm always evaluating the value of my food per $$ paid. This was unfortunately very poor value for the money. The food was good, but the Boiada dinner plate comes with two small drumsticks two small pieces of Brazilian sausage and two very small pieces of steak in addition to less than a half a cup of rice and a half a cup of beans for $34. You can definitely do better than this Boiada shame on you. If I didn't buy 8oz of Picanha I would've had to stop at a burger joint just to quench my hunger. Tsk Tsk

I had little idea what to expect, as this was my first visit. Looking at pics and reading reviews…read morebarely prepares you for the experience. Each person at my table got a card: square for the 15 meat selections, and a heart for the special, 5 selections. Plus you got the salad bar, and that word does not do it justice. Yes, mostly cold foods, but also 5-7 soups and a relatively small section for the usual lettuces etc. Waiters walked around with 3 chunks of meat on a skewer, and if you wanted some you nodded or whatever, and depending on the meat, you'd get the whole thing or a slice. Or 3. Up to you. The chicken was a whole piece, and was OH SO GOOD!! Plus, a great way to try various cuts of beef, or lamb. And, for the birthday "cake", I got to choose what I wanted instead of the usual bowl of vanilla ice cream. As an aside, Julio was our primary waiter. He was talking with us with some delicious slabs of meat on his tray, and the knife, and asked us for a 5/5 star review. No, he was not threatening with the knife, but it did keep wiggling...
