This place is sub-par. If I could go during the week, I could but the hours for the car wash here opens everyday from 8-5pm. If you have about 1.5-2 hours to kill, get your cash wash done here. I've noticed that if you clear out all your items they will wipe and vacuum everything. If not, they're not going to bother cleaning that area. If you are running a day full of errands with a busy schedule, i recommend you look elsewhere. You have to make sure you remove all personal items so they can clean and vacuum all the spots missed. The staff here clean at their own steady pace. They are in absolutely no rush cleaning your car so this can be an area of improvement. read more

Been coming here for years but lately I've been noticing that my car been hesitating, lagging, using more fuel than usual. I've check my car and I can't find any wrong with it. The only thing I can say is every time I put gas from here lately my car been acting up. Sometimes these gas stations sell bad gas and I think this one is one of them. Ever since they changed ownership my car runs crap. Imma go to another shell and I'll give an update later! read more

Avoid this place if you're a woman. The worker came out to tell me to move out of the way when I'm the only one here. Theres no other car at any pump or the car wash. What a creep. Made me feel unsafe. read more

First time coming here. I arrived in the afternoon and the store was completely locked. I waited for 5 minutes and still locked and when I walked away, the cashier was suddenly waving me in without explanation. Store lacks on food and drinks which made coming here an even bigger waste of time read more

Avoid this gas station! When pumping gas point-of-sale will ask you if you want a car wash they will give you a discount on gas however they do not post that Car Wash is CLOSE at the time! When trying to get your money back attendant tells you that the code never expires! Few weeks later when I returned at 3pm. Car Wash was closed again and attendance said they closing at 1pm! Try to get my money back again, they said we don't do refunds on car washes and the code is good for 3mo, that was very sneaky and I do not live near by! Very inconvenient don't know when I'll be back in this area! Avoid this gas station unless you really need gas, do not app for car wash and still be cautious in doing business with companies like this! Car Wash CLOSING at 1pm now!!! read more

It has gotten so much better. My biggest gripe is all the prompts just to get gas. Overall the price here is competitive. They have your standard convenience store products like beer, soda and chips. They have a car wash as well. Its decently priced. read more

Got a car wash with $3 off because it was during the week. Fast, friendly and car looks great.

There were still smudges on the inside of my front window. There is bird crap and spots on the front and back windows still. They scratch my car plus there was huge and there is still a stain from it. They did a fast shoddy vacuum job as there is still debris all over the floor in the back seat. Also, they ripped the grommet out of one of my floor mats so it no longer secures to the floor. Never again. I will pay a professional place that pays attention when they detail a car. read more

I finally got to talk to the manager today! After several attempts to reach the famous Hilmi Zein, whom I talked about the whole windshield incident. And as always they give you the run around as if it's your fault that you happened to wash your car and get your windshield cracked and expect to be punished for it. Like he says "accidents happen" pathetic That asshole told me they are waiting on insurance payment, and of course not what his assistant manager Gloria had promised! Waiting on insurance to call me. Pico Rivera Shell - Cracks are getting bigger!!! As I sit here for your pathetic car wash insurance to kick in! - Gas Stations Near Me - Pico Rivera, California

I was really excited to come get my car washed here for a discount on gas but they left a bunch of small scratches on the interior of my drivers side window, how does that happen? also when I got home to do a once around my car I find the little gas flap was left open!! omg must have looked so tacky when I was driving anyway they got the car clean in about 20 minutes, (all the bird poop was gone! yay for that) there is a nice area to sit, a playground for the lil kids and a discount on gas but if your like me and you have a nice car that you would like to keep that way, DO NOT COME HERE. They may not seem like a huge deal but after awhile they add up, I'd rather just wash it myself at the self car washes and not have to worry about what someone else is doing to your car. read more

Be careful of this location. If you use your debit card check your statements. My gf usually would go here since it's so close to home and her job. But somehow she always gets a call from her bank for a charge on her account in another state for $100!!! Do not use your card here, pay inside or cash only. They are scamming you. read more

Zero stars if I could. It's Monday, Jan 15 9:27 am. We stopped here to do three things - fill up the gas tank, put air and use the restroom. The attendant said I could not use the restroom without buying something. I said "my husband is putting gas." She asked what pump he was at after I had already told her he was putting air FIRST. My tire was low on air. We had to prioritize--- AIR on low tire first. While I used the restroom. So we can then fill up the tank ($90) in peace. Management needs to talk to their employees about how they treat a customer! Not letting a lady use a restroom??!!!! I understand you lock the restroom to keep homeless drug addicts out of which I was not one. Also, I do believe a gas station close to the freeway is legally obligated to provide restrooms. So maybe I will contact an attorney about this. This is ridiculous the way businesses treat customers- or even just how they treat human beings! read more

Needed a quick wash. Paid for the wash in advance at the gas pump. $15 Pulled up my car and there were 2 cars in line in front of me. I went in and 20 minutes later my car hadn't moved or even been vacuumed yet. After witnessing only 1 guy drying the cars I had to get the hell out of there. I got into my car and drove off and nobody even questioned me. WORST CAR WASH I've been to EVER! Stay away! read more

This place is a block away from my work and I love going here and getting a car wash for Camyron :) Affordable prices considering this is a hand wash and not some drive your car through some dirty brushes kind of deal. This is 100% hand washed!! I used to get a car wash closer to my area in Arcadia and realized the prices were ridiculous! I got a wax and clay service for about 59.99, which is affordable since most places offer only wax and that alone is 59.99. Regular car washed are only 8.99 - 15.99 depending on what you want done! They do take a while to get your car done, but it doesn't matter to me, since I want a clean car at the end of it all. This car wash is located in a shopping center, so you can walk to Lowes, Walmart, Starbucks, Wendy's, Ross, etc while you wait for your car. If not they have several tables and chairs outside and inside of the convenient store. read more

Pico Rivera Shell - Red is clean! - Gas Stations Near Me - Pico Rivera, California

Great place to get gas and a real car wash. This shell station has interactive technology and an updated look. It's also in a very large shopping/food lot. The bathrooms are single person, nice looking and kept clean. One thing to know about the discount when getting gas and a car wash: the discount is used toward the car wash, not the the gas. 20 cents/gal is taken off the price of the car wash. 10gal=$2 off. Never mind what they advertise with the gas. read more

I used to love this gas station for getting my car washed. I will NEVER go here again after today. I dropped off my car to get washed and watched the employee check my car for any damage before going inside to pay. When I got my car back, the gentleman who finished drying my car pointed out a HUGE crack in my front windshield and asked if it was there before. It absolutely was NOT. In spite of the unfortunate situation, I reacted very calmly simply asking for the basic information needed to file a claim and take care of the problem. After 10 minutes, I was informed that the owner was there and that I could speak with him. First off, why did it take 10 minutes and me talking to 3 people to finally get to the owner? Secondly, when I did finally speak to the owner he proceeded to tell me that he didn't touch my car, he didn't have insurance, he wasn't going to give me any basic information to file a claim or take next steps to rectify the situation and pretty much told me to f*ck off. It is truly unfortunate that there are terrible human beings in the world like Farrukh. He doesn't deserve to be a business owner and has no morals or ethics. I will now write to corporate about this owner and my situation to have it taken care of and hope he is stripped of his franchise. He thought I was some dumb young girl who doesn't know anything. Well think again. Always treat people with respect and if you make a mistake, take ownership and make it right. I would like to note that the employees were very kind, as helpful as they could be in the situation and were the only ones to apologize for the situation and tell me how sorry they were. read more

The service here unfortunately gone down hill. I come here to use my ralphs rewards points often, but recently notice how gas prices are a lot higher here than other shell stations. So I use my points, go inside to pay for my car wash, because as the sign states, you save 20 cents on every gallon if you get the car wash. 8.99 car wash no discount the attendant tells me. And I ask if it's posted anywhere outside that that is the rule?? She said it's not posted, it's the owners rule! Very rude!! Of course owner nowhere to be found! read more

I just took my car to be washed at this place. I have been there twice before but this time was my last. I was one of the last cars the accepted before they closed for the day and you can definitely see that they were in a hurry. My windshield has smears all over (it is worse than before getting it washed). The paint overall looks scratched as if they used old mops or towels that had hard debris on them. The doors on the passengers side have soap drips that could have been easily wiped off. The radio screen on my dashboard had fingerprints all over it, it tells you how they didn't bother to even dust it. I definitely won't be going back to this place. I'm out $17 for nothing. read more

I get such an amazing deal here! Fill up your car and for every gallon you purchase, they take $0.20 off the price of your car wash.
