This gas station deserves an award for Most Bizarre Customer Service Policies Disguised as Security Theater. I came by last Friday around 10PM to grab a snack and a drink. As I was taking a plastic bottle of aloe vera from the fridge--a plastic bottle, not fine crystal--it slipped from my hand and landed on the floor. No spill, no crack, no drama. I picked it up and put it back because, you know, I'm a functional adult with basic decency. Then some employee materializes out of nowhere like he was monitoring the fridge via drone and asks me which item I dropped so they could "take it to the back" because it's now apparently a damaged item. Since when did gas stations start treating dropped PLASTIC bottles like biohazards? Do they think it got emotional damage? Fine. Whatever. I grab a different drink and head to the counter. The woman ringing me up scans everything and then, with the kind of smug authority typically reserved for TSA agents, tells me they "usually charge customers for damaged items," but she'd let it go this time. Oh, how generous. I laughed in her face and walked out. This place is giving sketchy. Are they guilt-tripping customers into paying for items and then pocketing them later? Wouldn't be surprised. Either way, it's a gas station--not the Ritz. Act accordingly. Avoid this place unless you enjoy being interrogated like a suspect for daring to shop clumsily. read more

OK so it seems like I only write these when something goes terribly wrong, or the service is completely horrible. But guess what? This one is both of the above, shitty service and things went terribly wrong. So let's start with me paying with a $100 bill for some lotto and gave my bf his change, then I paid for gas and some more lotto tickets with another $100 bill. Guess what? My bill got stuck in the bill verification machine in their safe the girl was falling asleep and for the life of me couldn't give me any information on who I could speak to. Hold on, she got an attitude with ME! Little bitch had it coming, no I kept my composure. It was only till a week and a half past by with no resolution, that all hell broke lose for me. How come people get to do this? When I was all about violence no one even looked my way. I need that still-bitch face again. I've written to the 66 CONOCO 76 customer service, Facebook, Instagram, yelp, even porn sites. I'm spreading the word people. This isn't right! Finally I talked to the owners station and he tells me that there's a solution, but that he needs to see the cameras. I told him exactly where we were and he reports back that it was already given to me to his superiors not to me. How long to get home together for right now, I do not know. But if push comes to shove I will get my money in other ways and they'll lose more. That's karma for ya. Help me spread the word people, this isn't fair! Its 3:11AM and i pulled in here in desperate need of some oil. The "OPEN" sign in the window is illuminated and all lights are on inside. As im about to exit my vehicle i see an employee outside and before i can even say hello he smirks and yells "WE'RE CLOSED". Then i pointed at the sign with a puzzled look on my face and said ".. umm but.. it says open". The employee stared at me like i just banged his girlfriend and in a very irritated voice said "we're closed". And as im still in the parking spot writing this review a very pretty woman approached the window and he rushed inside and did a transaction. Then when she got her receipt he rushed back outside just to look me in the eye and give a little chuckle. What the hell kind of immature, pervert, unprofessional employees does this company hire? I have never felt so damn offended. I was so polite to this guy and this is what i get? Is it bc im young? I drive a modified import? Im dark skinned? To whomever that attendant was, im so very very sorry sir. How dare i pull into your SEEMINGLY "open" gas station as a hopeful customer and request that you do your job. How rude of me. PS. This is getting to be a pricy Gasoline Station. It's never busy I can see why.. no one ever harrasses you .. the snack store is cool.. prices are ok.. staff is ok..clean place ..but the prices are getting high so be careful ..oh, and in the snack mart they sell a Amazing Fried Chicken..the smell..the herbs and spices used is AMAZING! This place has the best food and service EVER. Is it after 4am? Are you hungry? No bs, come here to eat. They make their food fresh at 4:20am and the employees are super kind. Angel is awesome. He's super friendly and treated us like we were in a 5 star restaurant. Rubin is also fantastic! He made our delicious fries and biscuits and chicken. (Best biscuits I've ever eaten). At 2:40 Sunday 10/13/19 my family and I stopped to get gas and snacks on the way to steeler game. Note: I was wearing my teams T-shirt. I grabbed about 8 waters and a can of Starbucks and put it on counter to purchase along with about 30 in gas. I had to use the restroom and walked back to restroom that had sign that said "request employee to get buzzed in to open restroom door". I caught the attention of the girl behind the counter and asked to be buzzed in. This woman then said to me "steeler fans are not allowed to use restroom". It took me a moment to process and I again asked nicely can you please open the bathroom door. She then said "only if you do two jumping jacks". At this point I'm standing there hand on the doorknob and can't believe this employee said that. I'm thinking maybe she had some warped sense of humor and I was taking it all wrong and I asked her again to buzz the door. She said again "steeler fans have to do two jumping jacks for me to open the door". At this point I'm kissed and asked her a third time and she again said I had to do two jumping jacks to be allowed to use restroom. I told her I don't do jumping jacks. Had I not been on the way to the game and had my family not been in the car I would have created the biggest scene ever however I kept my mouth shut and left the store , water on the counter and no gas purchased. On my way out the door I heard her tell the other lady behind the counter something along the lines of "he couldn't take a joke". I immediately went to my car and located the phone number to that store and called them to ask for a manager or the corporate phone number. The employee (same two I assume gave me a phone number that was disconnected. I called again today to the same store and asked to speak with a manager. The employee on the phone asked me why . I told here part of story and she said the manager was busy and if they could call me back shortly. So far no call That woman , and the other who worked there who heard the exchange and did nothing should both be fired immediately. Not that the loss of a sale of gas and drinks is a big deal to a company as big as 76 but as a small business owner myself I would fire an employee who treated a customer like that in seconds flat. The owner of this store with little doubt doesn't know what happened so I figured maybe this would grab his/her attention. If your reading this and give a damn at all that your employees are costing you business and treat customers that way then you will investigate. Check your cameras and even if they don't have sound you will see what happened is exactly as described. It was Sunday 10/13 at approximately 2:30 - 2:45. Maybe you don't care, if you do you would fire her (and possibly the other too). I am not sure if this is a single location or a corporate store but I can assure you if this is a corporate store my complaint will go higher up the food chain. read more
