I stopped at this station because I was running low on fuel...have never been here before. That said, I handed the attendant $100 bill and asked for a fill up on pump #5. He informed me that I'd have to prepay a certain amount since it was cash....strike #1 No big problem, I asked for $65 on pump #5. Even though the pumps appear to be relatively new, I had to hold it the entire time as the latch wouldn't keep the pump engaged past 5-10 seconds...strike #2 Since I had to stand there and hold the damn nozzle, I had a front row seat to the screen on the pump. It stopped @ $62.80 and I returned the nozzle back to the pump. I turned around for one second to put my gas cap back on, did the math in my head for my change and when I turned back around, the pump now read $65.00!!! Now, I know it's only a couple dollars, BUT, that's MY $2.20 and you can best believe that I marched right on into the snack shop to alert the attendant of what had happened and that there must be an issue with the pump #5. In a very dismissive manner, he cut me off and let me know that what I was describing wasn't even possible citing that, and I'm paraphrasing: "...since the pumps were new, it was impossible for this to even happen" STRIKE #3 I let him know that I wasn't crazy and know what I saw. He kept shaking his head 'No' and then suggested that I contact Weights and Measures which I DEFINITELY will be doing first thing Monday morning!!! I wonder how many other people are being ripped off at their pumps unknowingly at this location?!?! p.s. I only gave them out of 5 because I bought two packs of #LifeSavers flavored hard candies that I haven't had in a really long time... They'd get zero stars from me otherwise... I stopped at this station to fill up my tank. It was my first time using the tap to pay feature at the gas pump. It wasn't working for me, so I walked inside the store to ask the attendant about it, and he mumbled something. I couldn't make out what he said, so I started to repeat myself, and as I was talking, he cut me off and yelled at me. I told him he was rude and walked out. Customer service is horrible. I send my company vehicles here to fill up every day and spend about 10k in gas here a month but looks like I've looked away from the poor customer service too long. Time to take my business down the street where the employees are courteous and helpful to their customers. I would hands down never go back to this station for gas. I would prefer to run out of gas and push my vehicle 3 miles before stopping here again. read more

This gas station has been here forever & a day! I never ever ever (ever) have any issues w/this service station, it's convenient, prices go up & down (can't control that), but even when I'm broke, put a few dollars in & it gets me through, and seems to last longer than the cheapy gas stations like Arco. There is a lady cashier (hope she never quits or leaves) that is super friendly, really nice to see that verses the usual pervy, psycho looking gas station attendants (although the male attendants here aren't bad) I'm talking about everywhere else.... As I'm paying for gas inside the guy working Fernando is so rude. While I'm paying for the gas I asked do I insert my card and he's like what does it say and I'm like well do I entered it are swipe it and he keeps on repeating himself about four times what does it say on the screen with an attitude. After I already paid for my gas he refuses to let me pump the gas because I don't show him my ID because I already paid for it and it went through so I was outside waiting to pump gas I paid for. This gas station is the best. The owners are so nice and I completely trust my car in their hands. They do great oil changes and repairs. My car is there as a type! Gas prices are always fair and the staff is so friendly and nice. Stop in and you will feel the same :) read more

I guess, I should begin by saying I'm not a Mobil fan... Expensive gas, no restroom & a crappy drink selection makes this place worthless in my world. Close to the 605 freeway so I guess that's a plus. And there's a quick fix station attached if you're desperate. read more

Stopped in to get a quick $5 shot of gas the other morning. Talk about SAAA-LOOWWW service from the woman behind the counter. There was a line of 5 people inside. What was taking so long? Unbelievably rude sales clerk. Usually buy gas from this location but today for the first time ever needed to add air to one of my tires. After leaving Casa Jimenez across the street, drove over with my husband and son. I did not have enough quarters, so husband went inside with change in exchange for a quarter. He was told it was free, the time ran out and we kept pushing the on button but no air came out. I went back in and told the clerk , that air was not coming out and he said what are you talking about. I repeated what I said and he said well you need to come back inside and ask for more time as he waived his hand at me and continued to watch TV. He then said very rudely "there is a sign there" that says that. I felt stupid and said I'm sorry. After going back outside and adding air to my tires, I look around for the supposed sign. I don't see anything other than the instructions on using the machine. I decide to go back in to tell the sales clerk about the sign so that future customers do not get confused like I did. The sales clerk then proceeds to argue with me about the sign being there. I tell him it's not, he then replies "I gave you Free Air" what's the problem. Unbelievable, first if all I did not request free air. 2nd I am a regular customer and 3rd, this is about his attitude. He continues to tell me that he gave me free air, then when I ask for his name he only tells me his first name and accuses me of being friends with some man with no legs. He says " I know youI saw you across the street, I know why you are here and why you are complaining!!! So this weirdo is spying on people who come this gas station and is paranoid about their motives?! WTF! I am just a CUSTOMER trying too add air to my tires..end of story. No conspiracies dude.
